I love Tony's! I did not get a picture of my food, but everything was delicious. We went for my sister's birthday and everything was good, the food, the service, the ambiance. Our waiter was very attentive, and went above and beyond by even cutting our cake we brought in (only store bought cakes allowed), and even boxed it back up for us! We will be back soon.

I’ve been driving past Tony’s for years, and I’m so glad I finally decided to try it. The authentic Italian decor, with its charming pergolas and grape vines, creates a cozy and romantic ambiance. The attentive staff made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

I opted for the classic chicken parmesan with spaghetti. The rich, tangy sauce clung to the perfectly cooked chicken, while the melted mozzarella cheese stretched with every bite. As the sun set, casting a warm glow on the outdoor seating, the atmosphere became even more magical, making it the perfect spot for a romantic dinner.

If you’re looking for a delightful Italian dining experience, I highly recommend giving Tony’s a try.

This was a wonderful experience for us and we found it to be significantly less expensive than the neighborhood average for quality Italian food. The service was excellent and the food was delicious and prompt. They do not take reservations so please be aware when choosing to dine here that there may be a small wait. There is a children’s menu if you need that and a large wine selection.

Excellent Dining Experience! I had not been to Tony's in about 5 years and I thoroughly enjoyed returning. The Salmon Spinach salad (pictured) was outstanding any very reasonably priced. All of the Italian food looked fantastic, I will definitely not skip the Italian specialties next time, I was taken this visit by my love of Salmon. I strongly recommend Tony's and will not wait so long before returning!
Special shout out to the outstanding staff: Halie, the very personable, efficient and responsive hostess. And Lizzy who was professional and responsive to our dining needs (Which included recommending the delicious Carrot Cake for desert!)

Brought my guy here for his birthday. This was our first time. This is a very busy place. We had a little wait but that was to be expected. It was a bit loud but also should be expected with such a booming successful restaurant. Our waiter Tyler B was swamped with tables but prompt and attentive to our needs. The prices were amazing!!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great food and atmosphere. This is my daughter's and my second time here and my husband's and my daughters boyfriend first. Great Italian food..like chicken Alfredo, penne rustica, and chicken parmesan 😋

A family member i have places a food order and has a disability and is treated verry poorly by the male order taker my family member does thier best when ordering food the staff need inservicing how to treat special needs people they have no respect for them and are rude and verry mean to them im disgusyed tonys italian grill have no respect for my family special needs human being this happened on march 20th 2025 at 1:00 pm this guy makes me disgusted each time my family member orders food he is mistreated by this guy and always just hangs up on them no thank you, or good day, no respect at all i should do a press release of hadicap discrimination at TONYS GRILL IN ENDICOTT NEW YORK HE SHOULD BE removed due toTHIS CONSTANT ILLEGAL HARASSMENT.

I told the hostess party of 1. She never gave me a clicker thing. I stood there for a good 20 minutes while other people got clickers and were sat before me. Asked how much longer for the wait and she said I don't have anything for a party of 1. Maybe he crossed it off as she pointed to the boy next to her. I said are you serious? Asked for mgr and he did nothing. I walked out.
