I have been going to Tony's for the last 15 years.
But today I had a very bad experience in this store. The customer in front of me was taking too much with the cashier Joseph K, discussing the price on their items. Joseph almost took and wasted 15 minutes just entertaining this customer. There were elderly and handicapped customers behind us. We told Joseph to hurry up as there are other customers waiting for too long. He called in Kelly the manager, and instead of listening to the customers concerns, she started yelling really harsh on us and told us to leave the store. How can Kelly yell at the customer to leave the store in front of all other customers? Does Kelly own the store? It was really embarrassing as I was with my family and kids. There is better customer service at Jewel.
Train your employees better to provide proper customer service.

Love the variety of products and the specials. I’m currently using the app and downloading coupons to help me save. Definitely a good place to buy groceries. The Tony brand for deli ( jam, cheese etc) is so good and cheaper than main brands and you won’t feel a difference.

This is a beautiful store. It is incredibly organized. They seem to carry other items not sold at other locations. They have a lot of international items. I wish I lived closer.

Excellant variety of ethnic foods, very good selection of fruits and vegatables. Pre-cooked selections as well. Bakery selections and Butcher Shop. Reasonable prices. A great one stop shopping experience.

if i could give 0 stars i would. the staff is very rude and they treat their employees like garbage. fruits weren’t very fresh either. treat your employees better. will definitely not be coming back.

Garbage employees, ask them questions got the attitude
Common are you for real do your job, gess what I found the lady manager I told her about the employee she dint care at all and walked away. Not coming back, I will go to fresh Fram or jewel.
