Outstanding service and outstanding chef. This is my go-to place for dinner. The bartenders are top notch. They make a mean old-fashioned and the beer selection is great and diverse. Highly recommend everything, but especially the duck and the cheese curds. Emily, the general manager, is a sweetheart and watches out for her customers and always makes sure everything is to standard. Definitely check out this little hidden gem if you haven't.

Very tasty beer! Especially enjoyed the barley wine and the chocolate porter. Our bartender, Shelby was so friendly and helpful. I was terribly impressed with the anniversary tribute to the fallen soldiers on the last day of the botched Afghanistan evacuation. The brewery had a place set for each person along with their picture and a brief detail of their life as well as a shot of alcohol or beer for each. It was truly beautiful and touching.

Time here: 230pm
Service was 10/10
Food 8.5/10

I was skeptical of coming here from reviews mainly commenting on service and food, but I have to say we were greeted by a host as soon as we entered, service from our waitress was quick and food came out super fast.
Order chip and salsa which came out with mild, queso and hot. Chips were great tasting, Mild was actually mild and my Dad was crying on the HOT.
Pretzel (Picture included) was best part. Get it! Recommend highly.
I had the Chicken Avocado sandwich which was very tasty, but it only came with a lil bit of Fry's which were really good! Seasoned with salt and pepper just right!

Great spot primed to revitalize Sierra Vista’s west end. This new space is very well executed. It’s comfortable, bright, and clean. The staff were friendly and served us quick. The prices are a bit high but clearly they are trying to pull off higher quality food. The beer menu is decent too. We sat outside on the patio with a great view of the Huachuca Mountains.

The food itself was good but needs a bit of refinement. The burgers were very good, as were the homemade chips. The chicken sandwich was reportedly okay at best. The BLT wasn’t good, as the bacon was way too hard and not chewy. The elote salad was lacking. Overall, I think a few minor tweaks can save this place.

Great beer, great food, great atmosphere. I was a little hesitant to eat here because of the somewhat mixed reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. We had the cheesy fries as an appetizer and they were the best out of everything we ordered. The burgers were great too and we all enjoyed our food. We will definitely be back and I’m looking forward to trying more of their food and drinks.

We went there on Friday night. The restaurant was crowded and there was live music on patio. Very spacious and good atmosphere. Service was also good, but you may have to wait a little longer when it’s busy.
Both food and beer were satisfying. We ordered Brisket burger and Duck breast. The burger was nothing special but good. Duck was very tender and delicious with the unique sauce. Overall, it was a good experience.

This place is always on point, I’ve been in the hotel next door for a while waiting on a house so I eat here often and I’ve had the Tombstone Burger, the Patty Melt, most of the beers, the Chicken Sandwich, the Gumbo, probably some other things. I definitely recommend eating here, the chef is and kitchen do a great job and drinks are always good and service is always great. From other comments it would seem they had a rough patch a few months back, but I’d say they’ve figured things out.

I tried Tombstone Brewing for the first time with a group from work, and it was great! It wouldn't be the place to go if you're in a rush, but the food was all delicious and the beer was excellent.

I tried several appetizers (horse fries, mushroom platter, smoked trout deviled eggs, and liver mousse) along with an amazing tomato salad. I also tasted two really good IPAs, though of course I can't remember the names of them. Staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was fun, and it's a beautiful location with a mountain view from the patio. I'll definitely go back. 🙂
