Could not find my favorite cookies locally and found the website for Titan Foods. Not only did they have the flavors I like available but I have ones I’ve never heard of. Shipping is quick and customer service was excellent. Answered all questions! I will be ordering regularly

I order online from Titan Foods often. There are certain Greek foods I cannot get locally, but I can find them at this shop. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is exceptional. This is my Greek go-to shop and I highly recommend it!

Our family has been shopping from Titan all the way from Astoria, New York since 2009 and even when we moved to Maryland in 2011. We used to drive there on some weekends just to get the good stuff! Now, we can order online too and receive it right at our door step in a matter of days. Everything is packaged for freshness and our much awaited items arrive in perfect condition. I ordered 4 3L cans of olive oil from Titan’s website. Of the 4, 3 were dented and 1 of those was so damaged, it looked crushed and leaks. Titan packaged these cans like this, since they were all bubble wrapped and packed well in the box. It wasn’t the shipper. It is obvious they sent me damaged goods on purpose. I tried calling several times with no pick up and I left an email that has not been replied to. They even had the nerve to ask for a google review. OK - My advice - Don’t trust their online delivery - you’ll get ripped off. My family and I have been customers for years and I’m disgusted with them. If you still like Titan, go the store. Just don’t trust them if you don’t check yourself.

We have been going to Titan when visiting family in Astoria for as long as I can remember, and the experience had always been great. I recently discovered they ship their products, so I placed my first order and received all of the items in a timely fashion, packaging was great and all items arrived undamaged.
