Cute ice cream shop right off elk street. So many options, the usual “traditional” flavors and also some creative ones. We did the flight with strawberry, lemon chèvre, cinnamon cayenne honey, and sweet & salty almond. Strawberry was 4/10, meh. Almond was 6/10, good but not great. Lemon was 7/10…creamy and good flavor. Cinnamon cayenne honey 10/10…11/10! I was hesitant to get that flavor because I feel like “spicy” flavors are hard to accomplish. The balance of flavors was on point. It was sweet with a warm finish, not overly spicy. Complex flavor profile that was executed to perfection. Loved it.

STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING!

If you are on the mountain and want something sweet you have to swing into Tin Cup. During my week long stay I’m almost 80% sure I ate an entire tub of their blueberry bergamot. Ha

Truly though, this shop is super friendly, convenient and well priced. They offer a variety of unique locally sourced flavors that are absolutely worth straying from your typical ice cream preferences.

Oh did I mention $1 cans of PBR? Why are you still reading this, go get some ice cream.

This place rocks! We stopped by at least 3 times during our short stay in Crested Butte. The sandwiches were all so good but make sure to get there for lunch as they only have a few leftovers during the evenings. It’s worth it to get them fresh for sure. (Roasted turkey was our favorite!) the ice cream was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The patio is dog friendly and first come first serve. We’ll definitely return!

Worth waffle I’ve ever had. Though my friend enjoyed his boozy milkshake.

-2 points for employing children. 3 apathetic children roughly 10-16 behind the counter
-1 for giving me an undercooked wake covered in burnt black flakes from previous waffles. Oh and it completely broke apart in the waffle maker but was still served
-1 for having store bought whipped cream
-1 for having too many weird flavors and the one I tried was really mild in flavor

While on the way to Crested Butte, we had to stop for breakfast. Google suggested the restaurant and we are so happy it did. Super cozy set up with the best customer service! The waffles were to die for and so was their tomato bisque! We will definitely return!!
