I had an issue with a RTD thermal couple. Techs were great, needed to buy a replacement. I called to place, the person took my information and passed it also. Got an email quickly. I tried to call to place the order, spoke with about 5 people who couldn't take the order. I had to keep trying to get ahold of the exact person that sent the quote. I have never experienced a company that made it so difficult to buy something. I can't imagine buying a new unit. It would probably take 6 months to do. Why do companies make it so hard to take money from customers.

Terrible Customer Service. Technicians do not call back, office will tell you that its your fault. I have yet to receive help.

Nicely made unit (EQ2A02 Air-Cooled chiller). Tons of nice options. Nice controller.

Still waiting for a return phone call from Service and Support.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CHILLER FROM THEM….We have a chiller that we bought over 2 years ago that has never worked. Worst part of this company is they will not stand behind the product they make.
