A great stay all around in Jim’s unit 2603! The location could not have been more ideal for a relaxing and stress free start and end to the ski day. The unit was nicely appointed with everything we needed, and the health club/hot tubs were wonderful to have at the end of the day. The management was exceptionally responsive to any question or info that we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent experience! The location is unbeatable. Ski-in/ski-out access, just steps from town and restaurants, and it has gorgeous amenities. The front desk team was incredibly helpful and kind, helping to make our stay even more enjoyable. Our beautifully updated condo featured a fully equipped kitchen with granite, stainless steel, and more, wonderful furnishings, and a spacious King bed. The quiet building and bonus blackout curtains made for restful sleeping after full days on the slopes. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much!

I can not rate this hotel high enough! I stayed in room 2602, looking right over the ski fields. What a place! The apartment was huge!! So roomy and comfortable and that view!!!! Only a 2 minute walk to Main Street for all your restaurants and shops but you are right on the ski field - Peak 9. The pools and hot tubs, game room and gym was amazing. Yeah parking was a little expensive but overall it was worth it. We loved the fact the place had toboggans which we took out every afternoon on the ski fields once they close. I just loved this place and would stay again and again. We booked through booking.com so I think we were lucky to get the room we did? I'm not too sure. I cant wait to go back. If you want central, big and comfortable , this is the place for you!

Beautifully updated condo in amazing location! We loved our stay here! The decor is gorgeous, the views of the mountain cannot be beaten, comfortable beds and fancy bathrooms - one with a luxuriously deep bathtub! This unit is very quiet with lots of room to spread out in. Kitchen has all the amenities you need. Fireplace is lovely and adds so much charm! Would HIGHLY recommend this specific unit and plan to return!

The perfect place to stay. The location was perfect. Right by the lift. If you have kids it is the perfect place for skiing/learning to ski. A few minute walk to town. The room was very clean and the service was great. Can store skis in lobby.

Seeing some of the reviews, I was reluctant to book at this location but it did seem to be one of the most convenient locations in town. I'm glad I did. I booked through Airbnb and am very happy. The owner of the rental condo communicated well and provided great instructions. I was not charged a resort fee (I think you get charged a resort fee if you book through the ski resort or through a hotel site like Expedia.) My family and I took a shuttle so we did not pay for parking. We checked in via an app on the phone and never had to talk to anyone at the check-in desk. ||Our rental looked exactly like the pictures. The furnishings were modern, well maintained, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals when we chose to. The two bedroom we booked accommodated our family of with room to spare. The hot tubs, pool, rec area, and gym were all modern and well maintained. The front door of our building is literally a two minute walk from the lifts and from restaurants and ski rentals. ||Lots to do in Breckenridge besides ski. We went right during Christmas which was an insanely busy time; restaurants had long waits and the lifts all had 15 minute lines. I look for quieter time next year.

I had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with every day essentials. The location could not have been better with the Quicksilver lift on one side and the town on the other - both within steps! The host, Laura, was extremely pleasant & responsive and made the check in process a breeze. Underground parking is an added bonus. Laura also allowed me to check in earlier than 4pm which was much appreciated . I will definitely reserve this unit again!

We’ve been coming to Breckenridge for the past four years, staying in different hotels each time. This is by far the most expensive—and the worst. The only thing they have going for them is the location, but believe me, you’re better off staying at Beaver Run. It’s cheaper, has the same outdated aesthetic, but at least the rooms are much bigger, and they offer a shuttle.
Here, there are no shuttles and no cleaning service (not kidding—they’ve somehow decided they’re an Airbnb. If you want your room cleaned during a 10-day stay like we do, you have to pay extra).
The service is just as bad. I called the front desk multiple times over two days just to get some sugar. After the fourth call, they finally brought... bags of creamer.
The laundry situation is another headache. There’s no washer or dryer in the unit—only on the floor. It’s $4 for a washer and $3 for a dryer, which I’m fine with, but you have to download an app to pay, and the minimum load amount is $10. So if you just need to do one wash and dry, you’re out $3 for no reason. It’s the little things like this that add up and make the stay frustrating.
The room itself was in poor condition. Two out of three faucets were broken—one in the bathroom didn’t work at all, and the kitchen faucet had such a weak stream that washing anything was nearly impossible.
To top it off, we were supposed to receive a complimentary bottle of wine, but we never got it. Six days into our stay, I decided to leave this review and happened to check my reservation—only then did I realize the wine was included. I asked the receptionist about it, and she couldn’t have cared less, simply telling me I could pick it up at the reception. If I hadn’t called, I assume we just wouldn’t have gotten it at all.
Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. Every single hotel we’ve stayed at in Breckenridge has been better than this one.
