We had a small intimate wedding and stumbled upon The Sweet Spot at the local bridal show in Grass Valley. Her display was the only one that I HAD to take samples back for my husband to try. We ended up ordering the Earl Grey cake with raspberry filling and cream cheese buttercream frosting. It’s not your typical cake flavor and it was amazing! And she made my vision come to life with a simple and tall single tiered cake. Highly recommend!

The Sweet Spot made us a simple, yet beautiful and absolutely delish cake for our wedding reception. One tier with Lemon with Strawberry filling and the other with Earle Grey and Blueberry filling….SO SO yummy. Delivery was easy as can be too! Thank you, Sweet Spot!

What a talented artist, who was so kind, flexible, and creative! The cake was beautiful, the frosting was decadent but not too sweet, the cake was moist but still held its shape. We had this amazing cake for our granddaughter 1st birthday!! It was vanilla with Nutella absolutely delicious!! And our guests thought it was just a decoration until we cut it open and everyone enjoyed it and our granddaughter loved it too!!! Thanks thanks again we love your cakes!!

I am a local and had no idea this place existed but I am so happy I found them!! The owner whipped up gluten free cupcakes last minute for my son’s birthday (I called early in the morning). Not only were they beautiful but they were the most delicious cupcakes I have ever tasted! You could not tell they were gluten free and the filling and topping were luscious. They also make custom cakes which I will be ordering for my other son’s birthday! I’m so happy they are here!

Easy to find location, with helpful staff and delicious rotating menu. Mostly I focus my attention on the lemon cake cupcake variations. Oh yeah the earl grey and blueberry cupcake was perfect.. I dunno what to say, other then im going back and bringing friends to try out their other flavors . Half of one is the perfect sample size when I'm trying out new ones so it helps when I bring a friend to share the experience with.

I first became acquainted with this business before she had a storefront. I believe I found her through Facebook. She made custom cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. I was excited to see her new store and try more of her baking. My daughter and I popped in and each got cupcakes and we also picked up cookies for the boys (hub and son). The cupcakes were fresh and delicious. The service was friendly and fast. I can't wait to try more goodies soon!

Holy Moly - STOP what your doing and place your custom FRESH cake order now!
I was searching for a smaller sized cake and cupcakes for my sons birthday party and she did not disappoint! The specialty cake made the entire party and truly WOW'd all of our guests!
