I have been in several times to purchase gifts and they always have a great and fun selection of cards and candles and tea along with other fun items. Really interesting and lovely smelling candles in clean burning forms. So I was so excited to go to a candle making workshop this weekend and I had a great time, they did such a nice job of making us feel welcome and walking us through the process, I was so happy with what I walked away with, and I would love to go back and do it again! Fantastic addition to the neighborhood

What a nice store. I figured they would have candles but there is a lot more there: gifts and books and tea etc. They have it decorated so nicely it's a really pleasant place to be. I got a jar candle that is black tea scented. It smells great. They also have a leftovers group of candles if you want a surprise.

I can’t get enough of the Scent Queens! The candles are in very sleek, beautiful jars that are lovely in your own home or given as a gift! I appreciate that they share candle-care knowledge and use only the best waxes and scents. The shop is always transforming with new candles and decor as the seasons change-I recommend you stop in every few weeks!

I attended a candle making party for my sister's bachelorette weekend and I could not have been more happy with the experience! Our class was led by Curtis, who very warm, welcoming, informative, and hilarious - we were having so much fun chatting with him our party ran a little behind! In the class, you are able to pick a combination of scents, mix the oils, and pour your own candle. Curtis was amazing in his instructions and tips and was happy to answer any and all of our questions. Each candle smelled WONDERFUL! While our candles were setting, we were able to walk around and purchase items from the shop. From the bottom of my heart, I would have purchased one of every scent if I could. I chose a candle called "Farmer's Market" that I am burning right now and it smells wonderful! The fragrance is practically filling up my entire house. We were given our candles at the end of the party (each with a custom label) and given very helpful instructions on candle care. I highly recommend this experience to anyone! Curtis was an absolute blast, the class was both fun and educational, and it is a local LGBTQ-owned business who puts a lot of care into their shop. I would love to do another party in the future but will definitely be buying all my candles here from now on!

This place is worth stepping in just for the experience! It’s layered full in wonderful antiques and art, besides all the lovely products they sell. It’s cozy, atmospheric and a fantastic place to explore and take a breather from the day.

It reminds me immensely of all the beautiful kitschy and witchy shops in Salem, MA during the fall season. I look forwards to having a girls’ night and taking a class here sometime!

Have a self care session and stop by! It’s a must visit, and a complete gem for the area.

My best friend invited me to make our own candles and it was pretty cool. Selected our own scents, the owner/instructor was soooo nice and knowledgeable. Super attentive as well. They are BYOB! We didn't know and were directed to a store 1 block away while our candles hardened. We want to return with a larger group. Candles smell amazing!

This was the best DIY experience by far! The staff (i.e. Curtis) was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. The best part was the end product is a beautiful and useful addition to my home. I will definitely be keeping this place in mind for all of my future candle-based needs!
