I was SO impressed with my trip to Salvation Army today. Prior to today’s visit I hadn’t been in a while due to how dirty it was, a few too many bad encounters with the previous manager, and the donation center being closed 24/7. I have been hearing lately the store is under new management and team, and it has undergone quite the transformation. I decided to give it another chance, and WOW!! It looks like a brand new store. It’s clean, organized, the selection of product has increased drastically. The staff onsite were welcoming, and friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was offered assistance if I needed it. You can tell by how the staff not only interacted with one another, but with the customers as well that there has been a huge boost in morale and overall change. I plan to add the Salvation Army back into my weekend thrift rotation! And for anyone who’s previously had a bad experience, please consider trying again. It will be a new experience entirely! Also huge shoutout to Lacy for providing the most phenomenal customer service I’ve ever received!

This place has gone down hill recently! A lot of the stuff is over priced and busted up there’s barely anything put out everything is always a mess so it’s cramped and part the store is blocked off now?!? This is supposed to be a store to help people that are less fortunate but they only care about money and half the workers are rude

I have been a customer of the Salvation Army Endicott location for over 20 years and have certainly seen my share of managers and employees come and go. After an 8 month or so break earlier this year due to the rude, non-customer oriented, make-up-your-own-hours militant-style crew, I am pleased to see the store now has not only a clean, fresh new look with an abundance of well organized merchandise, but also a brand new staff of kind and genuinely happy employees who will answer questions or take a moment to chat. It's like a breath of fresh air ! I cannot say enough about Lacy and Carolyn (Caroline ?) - they are an asset to the company ! Keep up the great work ladies !

Lacy is the best person there. She had just set up a kitchen table display and let us take the chairs from it! She held the door open for us and was so nice! WE LOVE LACY!

Rudest people working there I have ever had to speak with. The floor is filthy and the workers are lazy. One of them was outside smoking while chatting it up with the drivers of the Salvation Army Donation Truck. I stopped giving cash donations to Salvation Army two years ago when they denounced all white people. I will now stop giving anything to Salvation Army when I am cleaning out my closets.
