I had such an amazing experience with Goat Yoga of Southern Illinois. The owners are super sweet and so wonderful helping out during the yoga session. We had a big group from my work and everyone had an awesome time! The goats were cute and playful, and you could take as many pictures before, during and after as you wanted! If you’re thinking about it, just do it! You won’t be disappointed. ❤️
