We had a large order for a meeting with several different types of sandwiches and we were coming in from out of town. George was very helpful when I was ordering, we even had some special requests that they accommodated. They made the whole process very easy and I appreciate that! This is not your run of the mill butcher shop. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and has the customer's best interest at heart with every sale. Fresh, delicious, hand cut meats and always prompt and courteous service. Impressive to say the least. In our small town, Red Tie is synonymous with quality. A must try for everybody!

Friendly, prompt service and delicious meat. My only complaint is that sometimes they run out of cuts if I go later in the day. The meat is just too fresh and tender, so you better go early!

Very friendly owner. I hear the kabobs can't be beat. Came in late on a Saturday so selection was sparse but that's a good sign if you ask me. 🙂
