Great pickles! Leanne provides a great pickle experience! I love all the pickles that i have tasted in the two times I have been here. My favorite is probably the smoky sweet Chipotle. I also like the sour and half sour.
The horseradish pickles are great for flavor and that spicy horseradish in your sinus cavity feeling!
I still have to try the Cajun and Hot and Spicy.
If you love pickles and have cash stop in here, it's inside the Western Beef!
I'm thinking about having a pickle party!

The Best Pickles on Long Island. prices are good too! We come from Great Neck and very worth the trip! Always friendly and we will continue to only purchase their pickles .

Came in last weekend to buy a few quarts of pickles for a Memorial Day BBQ, employee was knowledgeable and gave good recommendations. They also had pickled veggies and onions which i didn’t know before, they were a hit.

The place to go if you want pickles. The original owner of this Establishment (Eddie) started this business over 40 years ago when he operated inside the old "Shoppers Village" in West Hempstead. Fast forward to now. Walking into the new place brings back all the memories that were conjured up years earlier. They have a great assortment of Pickles, be it Sour, Half-sour, garlic, Horseradish, Atomic....whatever!
Can be purchased in various sizes at a reasonable price. There is plenty of free parking. Handicapped accessible.

Updated: As of October 2023, they now have a gourmet selection of pickles (Honey mustard, sweet horseradish, Hot-shot, to name a few). Prices haven't changed.

Amazing locally made pickles! They have some really tasty variations. I really love the fresh greens, and horseradish. The new ginger and hickory smoked flavors are cool too. Whenever I can, this is my go to choice for pickles

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who sadly passed away. My parents took us every Saturday to Shoppers Village Mall. Later on it became National Wholesale Liquidators. He very respectful and nice person and I met his wife and son once. I was sure to brag about how long I have been eating these pickles. The pickle people are a family to me. God bless you all and Thank you for continuing to serve the public.

THE best pickles. I have eaten around markets and tried every pickle tent. These guys are the best, they operate out of Western Beef and attend several shops and markets. New dills, mustards, cajun, half sour, all the pickles are firee, never had a soggy one or anything like Ive had before elsewhere. Buy a certain amount and they give you a free pickle. You can ask to try a flavor.

Not sure what the fuss is about. I bought two quarts last week and both of them were filled with soft pickles. What a disappointment.

FYI…I consider myself a pickle lover…I know my pickles.
