The Mix Up food truck! I ordered the kabob plate of a ribeye kabob and a lamb kabob. Mmmm, the kabobs were delicious. Big, hunky cuts of tender, flavorful meat; all grilled to perfection. The folks working the truck were fantastic. Big, fun personalities.

What initially caught my eye was the very dramatic graphic design on the truck. It looked like a vintage movie poster with a woman in Mexican traditional garb and Arab man individually both looking contemplatively into the distance. As I walked closer, I found out they were selling Arab and Mexican food with their signature dish being their famous ribeye kabob.

I ordered the kabob plate. It came with two kabobs, rice, salad, hummus and pita bread. $22. Yup, that price point may have you thinking twice but I was able to get two meals out of this plate. The kabob serving size was huge. I chose the ribeye and lamb kabobs. Chicken was the other option. They weren't stingy on the protein serving. The meats are actual cuts of filets, not ground meat. It was tender, flavorful with a great grill to it. Instead of rice, I asked for double the salad. The salad was fresh tasting and vibrant looking. The hummus was packed with a garlicky punch.

All I can say is- WOW IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! I can't even think of anything to criticize, for goodness sake even the to-go plastic bag was super cute in cheetah print.

I ordered the ribeye kabob plate and it came with an excellent salad, rice, pita bread with hummus and the most delicious butter garlicky sauce to dip your ribeye in... the meat and sauce just melts in your mouth. The owners have the most wonderful approach to their customers and since it was my first time visiting the area they gave me a few recommendations in what to order. Customer service is a 10/10.... I CANT WAIT to come back after our family trip to Reno....this time I'm coming back with the whole familia!! See y'all in 3days!!!

Awesome service. They asked how I wanted my kabobs cooked. A first to hear that. Salad with kabobs. The best of both worlds describes not only their cuisine but their marriage of sweet hearts. Food that makes my heart and taste buds sing and dance.-- The OGt, the original GT.

I found a new favorite food truck today! Friendly, outgoing staff! I ordered the steak kabob dinner to share with my wife. Plenty for two complete meals. The cost, $22.00, now seems like a bargain! How often do we pop into a fast food drive thru and spend $20 to $30.00 for mediocre burgers and fries? How often do we dine out and end up spending big bucks for an inferior meal? Please do these these people and yourselves a favor and stop by for an excellent meal! I guarantee it!
