I recently visited this meat shop to purchase beef suet for making my own beef tallow, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The location was easy to find, and the staff was helpful. I picked up the suet and also grabbed a couple of different sausages to try later. I’ve already rendered the tallow—I liked that it was vacuum sealed and it was surprisingly easy to make, and I’m really pleased with the results.

What made this experience even better was knowing I was supporting a local business. It left me feeling empowered and inspired to keep making my own tallow and continue choosing local whenever possible. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality meat and a reminder of how great it feels to support your community!

I’m absolutely in love with this place. Being on the carnivore lifestyle for a year now this butcher has some really thick cut, juicy and flavorful tender meat. Bought 10 ribeyes, 5 lbs pork belly and 6 sirloins for under 500. Heated up two ribeyes in my air fryer and all I can say is wow. This place is worth checking out.

This is a small but classic butcher shop that has been here for years. In a time when there's starting to be a lot of trendy and expensive butcher shops, this place is fairly reasonably priced. The price for a whole pig or half is really awesome. They make custom sausage that's outstanding and reasonably priced as well.

This place is excellent!
I called to ask if they had English style chipolata sausages, and instead of saying “no” they said, “We’ll find a recipe and we’ll make them for you.” And they were AMAZING! They’re also made a fresh batch of English back bacon (‘rashers’) for me, which was so fantastic.
The staff were so friendly - they didn’t act like I was a hassle, but rather like I gave them the opportunity to be creative, meaning I wouldn’t hesitate to ask them to make something custom again.
Their prices were almost half of the quotes I got from other places, and the quality was amazing.
Definitely a 5/5 place.

Never fails I go in and amazed by the selection of aged beef and other butchered meets. Always grass fed and nothing but the best quality. They cut the beef 🥩 on site and is very fresh. The selection will not disappoint. Tonight was filet mignon … hero at home for dinner … thanks team

Oh my gosh. Absolutely awesome shop, owner, and quality of their product. Bought a 21 day aged rib eye, cooked it tonight - it was a delight. Met the owner who evidently has a passion for catering to his customers appetites. A wide array of cuts and varietals to choose from. We will be back!
