This place was fantastic! It was so clean and nice. The meat was all nicely displayed and it all looked to be of extremely high quality. They had local pies and ice cream and unique drinks, sauces and rubs. My dad got a Prime Denver Steak which he’s never tried before so he’s excited to cook that tonight. Alice was so professional and pleasant and answered all of our questions. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to my friends.

This is nice neighborhood Butcher shop. It offers a nice variety of selections. However, watch out for their frozen meat. I purchased some lamb from the freezer. By the time I defrosted it, it smelled dingy. And they blamed me for improperly deforesting the meat.

The lamb bacon and the beef bacon are top-notch and so delicious 😋. Really good steaks, cuts, and ground beef. Bones for roasting or broth. They sell tallow and lard. Very knowledgeable staff! Carnivore one-stop shop.

Local Butcher just opened on Oneida Park, and I'm hooked. We try to only eat red meat once a week, and they make it hard to stick to that.
I've added an image of THE SINGLE BEST TRI-TIP I've ever eaten. Seriously, no restaurant has ever come close, and this came out of my very amateur kitchen. The quality of the meat is stunning.
Sure, the guys are friendly, knowledgeable and know their stuff. But that doesn't mean a lot if the food on your plate doesn't cut it. Their meat does. Nothing I've bought there so far has been anything less than excellent.
