Good working location, but pretty poor* inventory management which results in poor customer outreach. Received an email accusing me of taking a $5 adapter I never rented. Not planning on returning lest they accuse me again of stealing air.

The idea kitchen is amazing, bright, and cozy workspace in Larchmont, NY. It has plenty of seatings and desks options. Additionally, you can book your own private office and meeting rooms.
It’s ideal for working from home parents!

The Idea Kitchen is amazing! The space is bright, clean, happy and really conducive to getting my work done. I am so productive there, and it is a nice change from working from home. Staff is great. Coffee is excellent. Snacks are just right. Highly recommend.

The Idea Kitchen is my go to co-working space in lower Westchester. It is conveniently located near the town center and you have a lot of lunch and cafe options. Parking is also a breeze in the area.

They have an option for a Day Pass which makes it really convenient if you need to find a space in a pinch. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They also have all new furniture from Poppin, including standing desks, which is nice when you are tired of sitting down all day. They also have several privacy phone booths which allows you to make calls without being self-conscious about having other people hearing your conversation.

Overall, I highly recommend the Idea Kitchen if you want to rent an office, a dedicated desk, or just swing by for the day.

I had a great experience at the Idea Kitchen. It is a truly well designed space with great amenities and a helpful, courteous staff. The workstations are comfortable and I had privacy for phone calls when I needed it. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended.

All you need to know: A+ experience and value. Absolute highest recommendation to reach out to the Idea Kitchen team – Adam (owner), Ana, and Will are fantastic ambassadors. You'd be shortchanging yourself and your productivity not to consider checking them out if you need a local workspace.

A few details: I visited family in Larchmont for August 2021. I grew up there locally, but now live on the west coast. My wife and I stayed with my family for a month-long visit, and needed a way to be productive for our jobs during this time. We both have desk jobs that require many video and phone calls. After some online research and a recommendation from local residents, I chose to rent an office at the Idea Kitchen for our time in NY. It was an incredibly good decision.

The Idea Kitchen team, facility, and office delivered 10 out of 10 on everything you could want in a co-working partner. The space itself is fantastic: ultra-clean, spacious, massive windows/ well-lit, high-ceilings, and modern. It felt like many co-working spaces and offices I’ve seen for tech start-ups on the west coast. The security app and auto-access was convenient and easy – I had 24/7 access with the plan I purchased, which was fantastic to be able to use the space for early and late calls as needed. The entire staff was incredibly responsive, professional, friendly, and just made everything easy. From answering my initial questions via phone & email prior to committing, to helping me manage my account, to helping me navigate anything I needed when I was in the office (printing access, temperature control, etc.), the team was fantastic. One evening at about 9pm I mistakenly locked my phone & computer in the office. I called the after-hours number and ultimately Adam (owner) personally solved the issue so that I could get my items right away. In addition, the other members/ customers all seemed quite kind and community-oriented, while also driven to get their work done, so it was an environment that was conducive to being productive, as well as being motivating. Overall, it was an incredibly pleasant and worthwhile experience to spend my work days & evenings at The Idea Kitchen. I hope you’re as lucky as I was that they have availability for when you are considering working there.

Great place to work! If you are tired of commuting to Manhattan or Stamford or need a break from your home office, this is an excellent option. The space has recently been transformed from a Wells Fargo branch bank to a modern co-working office. It has super fast internet, free gourmet coffee (note there is also a Starbucks and indy coffee shop nearby) and you can choose between working in an open space or renting a private office or conference room. I just spent the day working there before the Christmas holiday and enjoyed it. The owner and employees are friendly and helpful. I recommend and will be back.
