Over the last month I have needed to get materials from Home Depot for a number of projects. I am used to the poor customer service but it gotten to the point where staff are down right rude! I was struggling to load some 4x4’s and two staff just watch me struggle with no offer of help. They actually asked to “hurry” as they needed to get something off the top rack with a fork lift! Zero stars! Please suck less!! I also waited 45min to get help with carpet after going to service desk twice to ask for help! Again Sucks Less!

Ordered 16k worth of materials for a big project, materials was supposed to be delivered 10 days after the order date, had crews there waiting getting ready to start, no one showed up for delivery. Said it would be delivered next Monday, works there, ready to work, no delivery on Monday. The orders finally came over a week late after the delivery date, however the timeline no longer works for the contractor. Called home deport to return the item and asked them to pick it up, it’s been over 2 months, said they would come every Monday and Friday, it’s been over 2 months, called every day, different people answering the phone, promise it would get picked up. Materials still sitting on my property and 16k still in Home Depot’s pocket. They hire workers and pay them nothing, no one cares, no one does a good job, no one has any idea what’s going on. This is sad.

We purchased a very extensive amount of roof material back in October. From the beginning of this process it has been a mess, time consuming and frustrating. Home Depot has no communication what so ever with their delivery or job-site pick up partners. We have been waiting over two months now for them to pick the material up. It is a waste of mine and employees time sitting waiting for home depot to come pick up material. The first time they actually showed up they sent over a drive with literally no experience at all. He literally asked one on my employee to drive the fork lift to load the material. He had no experience driving in snow and didn’t know how to even load the material that kept falling, used our straps to hold material that he never returned and employees had to help him. I have called so many time and spoke to so many different employees from management and others still no pick up. Have given all the contact information to contact me when they are at the job site to pick up no show no call and still tell me pick up failed when no one showed to pick up. Honestly it is ridiculous the lack of professionalism this company has. Will not use their services again.

Rude and incompetent help, typical of mountain building supply stores. I made a large order of construction materials, and one of the items was missing. I called and they said they would deliver it three days later. On the promised delivery date, I received an automated text message saying it was coming. Waited all day and it never came. Called the pro desk three times, and three different people gave me the run around and hung up on me. Called the manager, and he said your common construction item is out of stock so we're refunding your money and you'll need to go somewhere else. Called the Golden Home Depot, no problemo, we'll order it for you. Do yourself a favor and deal with Golden, the difference is like night and day. Great store in Golden, the worst HD on the planet in Avon.

New Kitchen Appliances were needed. Finished the scope order on-line. Called to verify availability and delivery window. Was told it would be best to order through store. OK. All appliances (by model number) install kits, haul away options etc were given to sales person. Got two incorrect quotes; missing appliances, install kits that weren't needed etc. Eventually a different salesperson (Lori) got the quote right. Lots of coordination needed as I would have to fly in for the install.
4Nov - Installers showed up in their quoted window. Appliances were removed and related spaces cleaned prior to their arrival. Installers were good, conscientious and efficient. The water connections for the dishwasher were not completed (didn't have right plumbing adapter). They apologized and credited the DW install and the all of optional appliance removal and showed me the amended work order.
7Nov - Called HD three times (disconnections, misrouted calls, etc). Appliance sales finally called back. Said there was no record of install invoice amendments but would investigate and rectify.
12Nov - Called with same request. Service desk stated there was an IT issue but everything would be resolved in 24 hours.
14Nov - No change. No contact from HD. Disputed charge amount.

Everyone has been very nice but most everything done has been wrong; every promise/follow-up, ignored.

We were driving from Denver to Moab with our camper and got into an accident which did significant damage to the side of the camper. One stop, got everything we needed for a patch that got us not only to Moab but all the way home. It was perfect! They staff was amazing, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with this location!

DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCE FROM HOME DEPOT, EVER!!!! If you send a bad review for home depot and they say they would like you to fill out a form to "resolve your issue", don't waste your time, this is the response you will get....
