If you are looking to get away and relax this is the place! Our family of four fit perfectly into the tiny house and we are all grown adults. I was surprised how “big” the tiny house was!! Accommodations were fantastic and just a short walk to the top of the hill is all you need to start your relaxing time. Fire pit and deck are an added plus to unwind. Would definitely recommend.

Came here for a quiet get away and that's all exactly what we got. The Tiny was clean and comfortable, perfect for a couple but could work for more if everyone is mindful. Food isn't too far away, and there's a full kitchen so you can cook or get takeout.
The weather wasn't the greatest, but it was still nice and scenic. We're trying to figure out when we can come back when everything is lush and green.

It would be difficult to overstate the quality of experience we had at The Hemptons! We wanted to get away from the scene to have a bucolic weekend away from the city, and everything about our stay delivered. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, there were fun hiking trails right on the property, and the hosts set up a bonfire on our first night. 10/10 would recommend to anyone seeking a high-quality, non-pretentious, pseduo-farm stay experience just outside of the city.

We stayed in their “tiny” house and it was magical. Windows everywhere gave it a spacious feel with 360 degree views of the surrounding fields and forest. Miles of trails to walk, a pond to fish in and, of course, Hemptons products. It’s a close drive to multiple, quaint downtowns with artisanal offerings. Museums and waterfalls and much more nearby-what else could you ask for from a city getaway?!

Real country atmospere, gorgeous views, plenty to do, trails, wildlife (deer, turkeys, ground hogs). Surf and turf barbeque was outstanding! Suzie and Vanessa are exceptional hosts.
