Got some if their products at the Modena rest stop and fell in love with their Elderberry jelly. Being a European, I miss certain fruits that are not very common in the States and difficult to find, one of them Elderberries ( the other one is red currants) I immediately went on their website and was happy to find it was available on there too. Absolutely delicious. I ordered a whole batch. I can eat it right out of the jar! Thank you.

I had bought so much from a vendor off the Ny highway. Everything was DELICIOUS!!!
I’m hoping to order thru the mail.
My favorites was the beet chips, banana chips and chocolate chip cookies. Amazing treats!!

I discovered Grey Mouse Farm products at the rest stop on I-87 and had to go back for more. Loved mixed veggies chips, so good while healthy, without added oils, as well as fig squares ( honey and pistachio ). My daughter really liked strawberry rhubarb jam, all natural and no additional sugar. Thank you, GreyMouse!

Stopped at the Modena reststop along the NYS Thruway and saw their display. I love veggie chips and grabbed their garlic veggie chips and some apple butter. Got back to NYC and snacked on them. Crispy and wonderfully garlicky and love their veggie combo. Some brands have too much of one veggie. Had to read the label to see their location as they were so good! Saugerties! OMG, I just came from the Saugerties Lighthouse LOL! Planning to check out the farm on my next rotation to the area.

I have never actually been to the farm itself. However, I just purchased some of their Homemade Dried Beets at the Plattekill rest stop on the NY Thruway. And they are nothing short of AMAZING!!!!! I mean, so good! They are sweet, lightly crunchy and not too oily. I'm a health nut who is always looking for sugar free snacks to eat. What I mean by sugar free is totally sugar free and no sugar substitutes either, unless it is a natural sweeetenr like raw honey or maple syrup. So glad they ship items because I'm from NJ and this bag of dried beets is NOT making it home 🙂 Thank you!

Purchased their Bread & Butter Pickles at NYS Thruway rest stop a few weeks ago. They were great— no chemicals like the supermarket brands. I wish I could buy them in Rochester.

On July 27th, 2023 after a recent purchase of Organic Orange, Cocoa &Chia Seeds Super Squares (which does not say nuts in the title) I was admitted to the hospital for treatment for a life-threatening allergic reaction (at a $150 co-pay). The labeling of this product which I have attached in this review is extremely unclear and was mislabeled with a typo. The word "organiccashews" which we highlighted in pink in the photo does not have a space in between the words.
On July 28th I sent an email which I recommended to fix this mislabeling, and bold or highlight the word cashews. I also recommended to label "contains tree-nuts." I have also asked to be reimbursed for the $150 copay and included a copy of my hospital copay bill.
Today is August 27th and I have given Kathy, the owner, multiple chances to respond including phone call or email.
The only thing Kathy, the owner, responded was “thanks for the suggestions.” I am extremely disappointed Kathy, the owner, has made no effort to reimburse me OR update her product’s labeling which could prevent loss of life.

Grey Mouse farms has stands along the NY Thruway and we always stop to restock. Great snacks- beet chips, corn chips and other munchies.. fruit and plenty of jarred goods to take home- or pickup as hostess gifts if you are on the way to friends or family We all have our favorites in my family. My daughter loves the apple butter, my sister loves the sauces and we all love the horseradish mustard.
