Truck drivers, Do not come to this place to pickup a load at all, I had a 7am appointment, arrived at 6 first in line, first to get a dock at 7am, it is now 1pm and they still haven't started loading yet.
Product is not ready, system is down
Waste of Day
Do not book load with Freight Tec, Henry Shuman. He does not communicate, ignores calls, ignores emails. Hope I get some type of compensation for killing my entire day. Edit.
Spent 7.5 hrs getting loaded
Henry Shuman from Freight-Tec Management refuses to pay detention even though the factory gourmet admits their systems were down and didn't prepare the load for shipment.
HENRY SHUMAN THEN THREATENED A FREIGHTGAURD REPORT AND PUT ON A DNU IF I REACHED OUT TO THE CUSTOMER FOR COMPENSATION .
DO NOT BOOK WITH FREIGHT TEC MANAGEMENT. I CAN SHARE MY EMAIL THREAD SO YOU CAN SEE THE TYPE OF BROKER THAT HANDLES THEIR FREIGHT.
ALSO I REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION PURSUANT TO 49CFR 371.3.
MY REQUESTS HAVE BEEN IGNORED

First, you have to park on the street and walk to the guard shack to check in. If you look at my pictures, you will see the reason why they asked us to park on the street and have you wait it’s for all of our safety. When backing up to the docks you have plenty of space, but my best advice is don’t open your doors until you actually get into the space.

Very slow!!! Come at 9.30am, right know 14.08 pm and still waiting for call along the street.Not even restroom allow!!!

I’m a truck driver for GILCO US INC. I’ve been to this location a few times now and every single time they load my truck as soon as I back in. The yard is a bit uneven but enough space to maneuver comfortably with a sleeper. 4 stars overall and 5 for costumer service. Ever Maldonado loads my truck, he’s fast. Ask for him if you want to be on your way ASAP.

My name is Maurice 02/07/24. This place is a joke! Drivers stay away plz! Places like this need to be boycotted in the trucking industry!! Got here at 7am it’s going on 5pm still not unloaded! FCFS that’s a lie. Just to get you here early so you can sit all day! Too my O/O two days of work! One day of pay!! STAY AWAY! Dnt even request more money! It’s not worth it! The crazy part is it’s not even a refrigerated load! It’s a dry load Drivers!👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Very good company. Checked in was given a loading dock almost right away. Got loading in about an hour. William Jasen and Jonathan Loarca were really helpful through the whole loading period, they made the loading experience quick and were giving me information about how long the loading processes would take.
