This is what I was delivered at 10pm for my Birthday! My family was very disappointed that this was the arrangement upon arrival. I love flowers, but this is shameful..If your company isn’t able to deliver ,please don’t just take people money. Do better!

I placed an order through FTD and the gift factory shop Was the assigned florist to do my arrangement. not only was the arrangement broken when it arrived. It was nothing like what I was supposed to receive. It wasn’t even close to a substitution. I will no longer order through FTD as they use this company for all of my orders. I have never been happy with them.

After receiving a broken embarrassment from this company I emailed pictures to the Owner and Sender. The lack of quality of this product was beyond belief. The Sender was reduced to tears and the Owner acknowledged the issue and stated it wouldn’t happen again. Too late to for a 97 year old vibrant woman to enjoy fresh fruit and a balloon. Everything was broken, damaged and/or totally unacceptable.The pictures are what was actually the condition this was delivered.

The Gift Factory of Tampa owes me nothing. My mom received a beautiful breakfast gift on Mother’s Day that was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. My mother still talks about it today. We have been using them for years and have never had any disappointments.

Excellent customer service ✨️ Bilingual, español e ingles. Very helpful staff. Beautiful arrangements of all kinds for all events and very affordable.
I walked in at the last minute, and accommodations were made. They were all very attentive and caring. This place is easy to find on W. Waters Ave & Hanley Rd. At the Little Ceasars Pizza, I highly recommend their services and beautiful flowers

I had an amazing experience with the Gift Factory! I needed a last minute gift for my boyfriend and the lottery ticket cake is so unique! I put in the order and it was delivered by the owner same day. She texted me kept me updated through the whole process.

She was professional, prompt, and was amazing to work with. I would highly recommend using them for any of your gift needs!! I am 10/10 happy and excited and getting brownie points with my boyfriend lol!
