Beautiful place! Amazing fishing spots. And the outdoor showers make you feel just that much closer to nature. Minutes from downtown Carbondale, if you wish to enjoy some of the night life. This is a top notch getaway.

One of the best rivers in Colorado is the Roaring Fork. It is a Freestone Wild Trout water with plenty of aquatic insects. Where else can you get 13 inch fat yearlings! One of the best sections of the middle to lower Fork is the private section on the Diamond Arrow Farm. I have fished and guided there several times and it never disappoints. On our last trip we had a family of four consistently catching quality fish all morning. In addition, working with family that owns the ranch is been a pleasure and they are eager to provide many additional amenities.

I have been here many times and enjoyed many of the activities at the ranch. The family that runs the place is very welcoming and makes you feel quite at home. Excellent fishing, and a stone’s throw from charming Carbondale.

This place is a diamond in the rough (no pun intended). From the fabulous fly fishing and paddleboarding waters of the Roaring Fork River to the incredible scenic views of Her Majesty, Mt. Sopris. The sleeping accommodations were majestic, making you feel like glamping royalty.

The owner and hospitality extraordinaire, Had Deane, made the most amazing farm to table pork loin, marinated in fig basalmic drizzle. We sat around the campfire, drinking libations while staring up at the stars and hearing coyotes yip in the distance.

There's something to be said about meeting a true local who can make your experience go immediately to a 5 star rating by sharing folklore and stories of personal travel and experience. This is an experience I will never forget. It was money well spent.

Never have I ever been glamping, but now I know it is one of the best ways to spend the evening in Carbondale. The amazing views, awesome sleeping situation, grille/tiki bar, and water access make for a great time. I defiantly will be going back!
