10/10 experience. I went here for... containers, but they have so more than just that. Picked up a few trinkets along the way. The customer service there was A1. I was complimented multiple times, I was guided to the item I was looking for, and one associate even offered to take my large containers to the front while I continued shopping. Great place

Absolutely the best service. We wanted to redo our 5 year old Elfa master closet. Was so impressed by the overall help and service from everyone in the store. Especially the manager Jay. He is absolutely the best person in customer service I have encountered in such a long time. He went out of his way to help me multiple days and made sure everything was great.

What a fun store! A container for everyone, everything and anything! The closet organizing ideas are FANTASTIC! They had all kinds of different jars for different substances. Big ones, small ones, wide ones, tall ones! All kinds of different ways to organize your home and work in any color! Great parking. Great employees.

A bit pricy for what they sell, but all specialty stores are. Great if you have specific measurements and an idea of what you want to do with your space. But go with a plan. Do t just buy random stuff hoping it will fit. But if you did they have a great return policy. Just hold on to your receipt and don't remove any stickers until you are sure you are happy with it.

Buyer, beware! After we spent over $4000 on metal closets for three closets, it’s been a nightmare trying to install this. First, the designer never gave us any warning that if you they don’t enter three separate orders for each closet, all of the pieces come in a lump sum, and they are not marked for each closet. Therefore, we spent over four hours just sorting the pieces and found many pieces were missing. We asked the container store how much it would be for them to install it, and it is over 30% of the total price ($1700) which is ridiculous! Instead of spending that much, the customer service rep indicated we could use Taskrabbit to find somebody that has experience installing closets. We found somebody at $50 an hour, who was experienced, and it still took over eight hours to install the closets with hardware that was given to us. Again, he found missing pieces. We called the container store but because we didn’t use their installers at huge a premium,
they were rude and unhelpful. They wouldn’t take ownership for the missing pieces or for their negligence in not entering each order separately.

alliyah was so helpful on the phone and even more helpful once i got there
ended up with 8 items at checkout and im stoked for all of it
