So I am a big guy and I have struggled being big all my life. In the last 6 weeks I have decided to make a lifestyle change. I choose to leap head first into the Keto Diet... I have 4 children so I knew cooking keto for the whole family wouldn't be a good idea. So the wife and I looked into Clean Eatery. The meals are professionally prepared and delivered to our door step 2-3 times a week. Since I am doing Keto Ryan stepped in to talk to me about the diet and get my Macro's set up. Since starting I have had a ton of questions. Ryan has always responded and answered my questions. Between my Keto plan and my wife's clean eating plan we are paying a mere 6.00 per meal. I am saving money every day by eating a healthy diet. I highly recommend them for busy people who don't have time to cook or just want to start eating healthier. So far in 6 weeks I am down 25 pounds. 4 pounds a week is a solid rate. I have a lot longer to go to reach my goals but I know Ryan will be there. (and still answering my questions!

This company has completely changed my life! I am a bikini competitor and I buy bulk veggies, rice, and protein and all I have to do is literally measure and microwave! Saved my life! Thank you so much! The fact it’s delicious is just a plus!!

I was double-charged without notice one week and, even after canceling my plan, continued to be charged. I'm owed around $500 in refunds and The Clean Eatery has not responded to any of my messages requesting help (which is funny since they responded quickly when I had questions about the meal plan or wanted to increase my weekly meals). I actually enjoyed the meals, but the way they conduct business and treat customers leaves me unable to recommend their service to anyone in good conscience.

Great communication. No games. It’s a straight forward service. Never had a bad meal. I’ve had many very good ones. This stuff is healthy and tastes great. I’ve been using meal prep services for most of my adult life, and this is on the better end of them. I would suggest this company to anyone who wants to eat healthy and wants convenience.

Don’t do it. I was looking for a more local, less wasteful alternative to Trifecta and this seemed promising and relatively easy. I saw the reviews and WISH I HAD LISTENED. He owes me two weeks worth of meals, 255$. I’ve requested phone calls multiple times, and finally got a call back almost two weeks later. He assured me he’d refund the money to my card. I’ve requested a phone call AGAIN because it has not been refunded, a week later. NOT TO MENTION, since I’m on a roll here. The meals are the same things you can cook at home in literally 30 minutes. I don’t know why I expected something more than canned green beans from a meal delivery service that costs almost 130$/week. Maybe he’ll see this and return my money. Ryan, I’m expecting my refund by Wednesday next week (6/2/21) and if you’re unable to return it to my card you can mail a check.

Edited to add that after my request to omit fish and eggs from my menu and they again sent me fish and eggs, they did correct it by sending an extra three meals that same week.

The quality of the meals are not consistent at all. Sometimes they seem like decent recipes/meals that you might find at a restaurant, but more often than not the meals are using cheap, processed ingredients and lacking any sort of flavor. For example, I received meals this week that contained instant mashed potatoes, canned green beans, and very bland ground turkey. When they do actually include fresh vegetables, its usually raw asparagus or broccoli.

Horrible, received food w/o any instructions of product or how to cook it. Literally was dropped off in a bag on my front door! Website for menu hasn't been updated in months. They charged me and I canceled prior to cutoff, I have sent 3 emails requesting refund and nothing yet! I will be filing a complaint with BBB & Attorney General. I guess shopping local is worth it, I will be going back to Fuel Meals. Ryan, I see you saying you contact each client, I have yet to receive an email or call,. Yea, I was a short lived client, but why wouldn't I be. No follow through, update of food, instructions, plus its expensive.

The account is under my fiancé name. We signed up because of the great reviews and the program that we thought we were getting. I believe your website at the time said that the plan we chose had a nutritionist or couch that would contact us, didn’t happen. Also any calls or messages we left were never returned. We went on vacation for a few weeks and were charged, I get maybe once. I happen to be talking about having meal plan with you guys at my gym, another lady over heard and complained about some of these same issues.
