I’ve been ordering from this company for years as chef on different establishments. This last place, drivers won’t take the product to the second floor. Because they don’t want to get injured, then quit the job, they are rude and don’t let my staff check the invoices at times. Union protects them, but not The company’s reputations… The rep has met with me ever since I arrived to this place once!! She doesn’t contact me or tries to upsell, or anything else. Very disappointing

A truck driver for this company hit our car and after admitting fault to avoid having police come to the scene, changed his story and won't pay for the damage they cause or return our calls. Clearly not an ethical company to do business with

Recently The Chefs' Warehouse opened in Chicago. This place is a specialty food distributor who has been serving high end chefs for over 30 years. They have locations in all the major cities in America and Canada serving hotels and high end restaurants. that began sourcing products for high-end chefs over 30 years ago. If you're not a high end chef but want high products for yourself you can always shop on the website. Select that you are a consumer in order to fill your virtual shopping cart with yummy ingredients. They have some amazing Italian meats and olives on here. You can also buy gourmet gifts for your friends like me! Ha! This place is a welcome addition on the Chicago Culinary Scene. They also have an amazing demo kitchen. One day I want to cook in there.

Very polite recieving clerk, clean restrooms for drivers and very fast and efficient unloading...arrived 20 minutes late and recieving clerk was understanding and put me right in a door.
Definitely will come back if load is offered...
