Having multiple health complications, I can rely on the quality from The CBD Connection. From the CBD isolate; Moringa; Cappachino (for pain relief); Balm ( for pain relief & a safe lip balm!) ; Feverfew( for tinnitus)-- all arrive quickly&well packaged to Cape Cod. I'm impressed how this little business helps me -- and their community! THANK YOU!

Unfortunately we did not get very far before being yelled at. A friend highly recommended this place, so we dropped by. Before entering, a man opened the door and asked me to leave my service dog outside, to which I told him she was a service dog, and he went back inside. We entered the business and the man wanted me to remove my dog because he is scared of them. He asked me to hold her by the collar (which I was unable to do because of our height difference and one of my disabilities), then he asked for my friend to hold her (which would defeat my dog's purpose, she needs to be near me and able to move to do her job). He then began yelling that I needed to get out and said he has PTSD from a dog attack, which I sympathize with. While I do not have PTSD from a dog attack, I have 1) been attacked by multiple dogs and 2) been diagnosed with CPTSD myself. However, businesses must be accessible. Part of my service dog's job is to help mitigate my PTSD, which was triggered by this man yelling. My service dog is considered medical equipment under federal law, and as such, denying service to me based on my task-trained service dog is discrimination on the basis of disability. I tried to explain this to him, but he continued to yell and would not let me finish talking.
I have done lots of work to handle my PTSD-- how to navigate triggers and what to do when triggered. I'm sorry to see this man suffering so much, however until he has worked on this, he should not be in a position running a business by himself, where a service dog may enter and has every right to be there, and where he cannot run the business kindly or fairly. I will not be recommending this business at all.

They are always looking for feedback on how to better products and how it effects each individual.
The CBD Connection is knowledgeable on each product and what the best uses are for them.

Hands down the BEST CBD I’ve ever had & I’ve tried many. This is the only one I take where I actually get a good nights sleep nightly & I see a difference in my senior dogs. The folks that run this place are super friendly, professional & have dispersed a wealth of knowledge to me in regards to this. Would definitely recommend.
