I cannot recommend this cakery enough! Their customer service is absolutely top-notch. While they typically require a two-week notice for custom cakes, I was in a pinch and called just four days before I needed one. To my surprise, they went above and beyond to accommodate my request.

The cake itself was a masterpiece—not only was it beautifully designed, but it tasted amazing, too! You can tell they put so much care and effort into their work. I’m so grateful for their incredible service and skill. If you’re in Fishkill and need a cake for any occasion, this is the place to go!

Working with The Cakery - was a phenomenal experience. Ashley listened to what we were looking for and created a simple yet exquisite wedding cake to cut that coordinated with the whole theme of the wedding. The dessert bar was delicious and beautifully executed. Ashely was easy to talk to and gave great advice on quantity, flavors and overall layout. The Gluten free options were a big hit. Oh and everything was DELICIOUS. I am definitely a customer!!

Having The Cakery make our wedding cake was phenomenal! Ashley was very responsive to all of our questions and was very easy to work. She also gave great advice on quantity and flavors. We didn’t want the traditional wedding cake and she was on board in creating the wedding cake we have in mind. The dessert bar was also a hit with the guests. Everything was just delicious! The Cakery was incredibly easy to work with from start to finish!! Their take home kit was such a fun spin on cake tasting as we got to mix and match right from the comfort of our own couch.
