Certainly the most accurate pub experiences I've had outside the UK, and some of the best pub food I have had. When I walked the atmosphere and aromas were exactly right.

We had the clam chowder, fish and chips, bangers and mash, and sticky toffee pudding. Each were stunning. The fry on the fish and chips is excellent, the clam chowder is smokey with a great bacon flavor, and the sticky toffee pudding is the light style with crème anglaise. Highly recommended each.

The service was top notch, even though we caught them during a lunch rush. We will be back to try everything else.

I cannot speak highly enough about this restaurant! The food is exquisite. Everything I've had there is the best version of that dish I've ever had. The fish & chips, the Reuben (their corned beef is otherworldly), their pies, the beef Wellington, everything. One of my favorite dishes is the corned beef poutine, and if I were to drown in a vat of their ale cheese, I would consider it a worthwhile death. The service is always wonderful, and they really know their stuff. I attended one of their whisky classes and found it very fun and informative. I even won some great prizes in whisky bingo! The Burns Pub is among my top three favorite restaurants in all of Colorado, and I hope they keep doing their thing for a long, long time.

Chris was great explaining the signature dishes. Ended up doing to signatures, fish & chips which was cooked to perfection, not dry, not oil soaked, just right. Fries are hand cut, crispy on the outside & soft in the middle. Their coffee cake is tasty & very moist with custard baked in then drizzled with Irish Cream & powdered sugar. A little pricey but for what you get & the portions it’s worth it compared to other sit down places.

First time here with some friends. This is a scratch kitchen, so everything is fresh! I had the corned beef and chips, it was delicious. The beef is soaked in brine for several days and it was the best corned beef I've ever experienced! We also had fish & chips, beautiful salads, and potato & cod cakes.

Taylor (sorry, may have misspelled her name) was great, very helpful and checked with us often.

the sausage and white bean soup hit the spot, and the savory pie of the day, shepherd's style with pork and hatch chilies was just the dish i needed but didn't know it.

was surprised with the whiskey flight, when the whiskey specialist (Josh?) brought it over, to explain what was in the flight and how to best enjoy it. that was a sampler i can recommend. I'm sure the whiskey 101 isn't the same every time, as it may possibly change based on availability (the menu had something listed that was different from what i enjoyed, but not complaining). with over 600 from around the world that was available, can't even guess how long it would take to sample all of those.

another idea would be to stay at the Inn, and be able to just walk to a room, sleep it off, and continue on the journey through their selections. it'd certainly be a cozy idea for a couple, especially when getting a weekend away from the kids.

I'd recommend a visit. if I'm not there for dinner, you might find me in the bar.

Cozy little place with delicious food! We had ordered a Scotch egg to start and just wow so tasty, perfectly crisp on the outside, and a good amount of sauce to go with it. Best Scotch egg I've ever tried, in my opinion.

I ordered the pub burger, loved the caramelized onions, and appreciated the thick cut fries. Nothing was too salty or overcooked.

My friends ordered a Shepherd's Pie and the Roast Dinner. They both had leftovers and ate the rest for dinner that night, and let me tell ya, the food tasted great even reheated. Everything was 10/10. Friendly service, warm and delicious food? You can't ask for better than that. We hope to come back one day!

What a fun Pub atmosphere! We met here for our book club group. The food was great and Taylor ⭐ was super great at recommendations & service! It was busy and a little loud for book discussion, but we all enjoyed the night, the food, and the drinks! I want to bring my husband here for drinks another time!

absolutely wonderful from start to finish! we showed up just before 5 on a Friday evening, and were plesantly surprised to get seated right away even though the parking lot was already full and overflow parking on the adjacent gravel lot was filling in.
the service was friendly and fast. My lamb stew was excellent, with big chunks of lamb, the pie of the day was beef brisket and was also great.
my dinner companion lived in the UK previously, and he was especially happy to have a beer he hadnt tasted in years and we both enjoyed sticky toffee pudding for dessert (a first for me and an old favorite for him). we shared bacon peas and loved them, as well.
looking forward to going back!
