Dropped in on a drive thru town. Stopped based on other Google reviews. Excellent food (had a daily special “Royale with Cheese” 😂 and it was awesome. Good selection of beers and mixed drinks. Prices were reasonable and burgers are hearty. Lots of locals and a friendly atmosphere. There are gf and non meat options available. Highly recommend stopping if you’re in BV. **Props to Alicia at the bar for the great food recommendation and FANTASTIC service!!!

Without a doubt, the best burger I've ever had. This place is awesome. If you're south of Denver, you must make your way here. Get the crisp air, don't care burger, simply amazing.

Went in on a Friday night after hitting the mountain and found two seats open at the bar. The food was fantastic. I ordered the BLTA and asked for it on a bun (try it - it’s the way to go) burgers don’t come with sides but that’s alllllright cuz I still had half the Sammie to take home. No fries but have tots and that’s what’s special about them.

If you want a really good gourmet burger, this is the place! I had the Caprese and it was heaven in my mouth! The tots were pricey for tots but we shared them and there was more than enough for 2 people. Good atmosphere and friendly staff!

Food was fantastic. Tasted like a good home cooked meal. Will definitely be back on our next visit! Hopefully next time it will be warm enough to enjoy the cool patio!

Their menu said 7oz locally sourced patties, and for some reason, I forgot math/units and thought that was a small patty. It's not. It's huge.

The burgers are creatively described with Viking feelings, followed by a brief description for those who want to know what the ingredients are. The burgers all sounded pretty good, but I ended up going with the classic to appreciate the beef. I don't have much else to say except that it was very good and worth the price.

My only complaint was their choice of using chopped romaine as the lettuce. It fell out of the burger and was difficult to eat. A very minor annoyance, but worth mentioning.

My ALL TIME favorite burger place. I had my first burger with them when they were still a food truck and have pilgrimaged to BV every time I can for these burgers. Every time it’s worth the 2.5h drive and their new brick and mortar did not disappoint! Excellent staff, food, love the decor and outdoor dog friendly patio, and can’t wait to see their growth in the future! Their specials are amazing, especially their Sunday special which helps beat the Sunday scaries. Hope to be back soon!!
