I own a local catering / private chef business called Bougie Chef and I buy all my meat here! It is literally THE BEST! I buy the filets, prime rib, beef tenderloin, chicken and even the calamari! All of it is so tender! At the holidays you do need to pre order the beef tenderloin but shout out to Karen because when I need things last minute they can make it happen also! They will cut the meat also if I need it cut! Well worth the price!

Bought a rack of lamb to make for Father’s Day. The salesperson gave us some tips and I went home and googled a recipe. We grilled them and my husband said it was the best he ever had!!
