I love the Blue Olive, because I am basically always in the market for some fancy vinegar or another. And with inflation/supply chain issues continuing to drive grocery store prices up, the extra cost to get fancier wares here is pretty easy for me to stomach. I've also ruined my palate for cheap balsamic vinegar, so there's that.

I went to Cold Spring for a day trip with friends, and when we stumbled into Blue Olive, I had to try their Silcilian Lemon Balsalmic Vinegar and their Dill Olive Oil! I left with a bottle of Dill Infused Olive Oil and cooked with it this morning and my word is it exceptional! Thank yall!

What a gem of a place! Stumbled upon this sweet shop after a hike at bear mountain. What an amazing selection of oils, vinegars and olives. Came home, tried all the goodies we purchased and can’t wait to go back go more!

The place that got my husband to ask for “seconds” on KALE!! The goods in this store can completely change a meal!

As an Italian, this place is awesome. Good, friendly people, and so many flavors of oils and vinegars. Would definitely recommend taking a look.
