These buckwheat groats are terrible. They're overroasted, so when cooked, you get a dish that tastes burnt. What nutrients are left after such aggressive treatment Oh, and I am from Eurasia, so I grew up eating buckwheat kasha and know how it should taste.

They didn't have the book, but they returned my payment with a very nice letter from the President and CEO and a discount code to buy the newest version of the cookbook. I had never tried Buckwheat cereal before I read that it was good for your kidneys. Easy to process and without some things that are in oatmeal and
some wheat products. I tried the Pocono Organic Cream of Buckwheat and now I'm hooked. I cook it in the microwave. My new recipe. Make 1 serving using unsweetened vanilla almond milk and add whipped cream cheese and diced jalapeños. Yummy!!

I'm a huge fan of buckwheat. The best in the business is Birkett. Their products are all exceptional. My favorite is their Cream of Buckwheat hot cereal. They are the experts on buckwheat and can do no wrong! It is no wonder they have been in business as long as they have. Keep up the good work!

I always stop at the Mill store when we vacation in Penn Yan. LOVE your buckwheat pancake mix - just add water! Your products make great Christmas gifts! We have brought friends with us from Michigan and Mass and always introduce them to your store.

I have been a fan of Birkett Mills for 30 years. But being 7 hours from Penn Yan, and in the worst hot spot of Covid in the US there was no trip north to restock. But they happily shipped me both kinds of pancake mix AND flour (a super scarce commodity in NYC area). Now a fan for life.
