This past weekend I celebrated my Birthday at The Barrel Factory with a few of my close friends and family. The atmosphere, the service, and the food were exceptional. No one in my party had one complaint. We all received our food in a timely manner. The waitress (Dominic) was very kind and patient with us. We will all be returning to The Barrel Factory very soon! I know it will be a regular for myself & Hubby. Thank you so much For making my special day even more special.

Food is amazing here without a doubt. This is my second time here, and I'll happily always come back. The waiter was very friendly but knocked 1 star off because he forgot about our dessert, but I reminded him and he wasn't 100% knowledgeable about the menu but when he wasn't sure he did find out that was a huge plus. Pics don't do justice for this food. Go try it yourself.

I'll first off start with the good. The waitress we had was a delight. She was working very hard for a busy room on Valentine's day. The drinks were good, I got some beers and the girlfriend got some mixed drinks.

Then the bad. We went on Valentine's day and their front rooms was decorated with table cloths, flower center pieces, candles and some table decor. It had beautiful lighting on the ceiling and the ambiance was wonderful. We asked the host if we could sit in that room or if it was for banquets/reservation for something. They said no but they split up the servers by room and they need to keep the counts even. We reluctantly said okay fine. The room they put us in "the bar", and it wasn't decorated, no nice date atmosphere. Just a completely different vibe. I went back up to the host and said, I know you said you need to even out the servers, but is there anyway you can have our server wait on us from the front room? The host said that they can't really do that and it took me saying if that's the case, we'll go elsewhere because it's such a nicer room. That's when he finally allowed us to go to the other room. When we left the front room was full, and the other server rooms were much more empty. Not sure why they wouldn't let people fill up the clearly more romantic/nice date night room on Valentine's day of all days.

All in all once we got sat in that spot, we had a great night afterwards. I don't think we'll go again personally, but if we do, I could see it being a better summer drinks spot as opposed to a good date night spot.

No issue's parking. The building was cool and had a good vibe inside. I liked the fact it wasn't super noisy inside. The food was just ok, but im a picky eater and just opted for the finger dinner. Our server was great and the price was comparable to other restaurants in that kind of space.

What. An. Amazing. Night. This was our pick for our weekly date night, and we could not have been more impressed, or had a nicer time out. Both of us expected a rustic themed, enjoyable evening but neither of us expected to have one of the best meals we’ve had in ages. This was our first time here, and it certainly won’t be our last. The atmosphere is inviting and warm, and the charm of the industrial factory mixed with hidden side street gem hit you to your core.

We dined here in February and we’re lucky enough to enjoy their “Valentines” menu which runs all February long. Probably the best deal you’ll see all year we got bread and butter, 2x drinks (cocktails, specialty cocktails, beer or wine), 2x soup or salad, 2x filet (or chicken, salmon, lasagna), and 2x dessert (chocolate cake, creme brûlée, apple egg rolls, or another chocolate dish) all for $75!! I couldn’t believe it, and we had to ask the server twice to make sure we were dreaming.

Our food was first class start to finish. The salads were decorative, light and refreshing but still quite filling. The steaks were cooked exactly as ordered, and had a great grill char to them which paired perfect with the spice blend- don’t get me started on the demiglaze which I happily would have drown in. Dessert was sweet and tasty, and we ate every last crumb.

Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, and we were even lucky enough to dine there on a night the restaurant was filming footage for their website so we got to see the behind the scenes drone flying around the dining room, and got to meet the owner(s) as well.

Run, don’t walk here on your next date night, you won’t regret it.

What a cool place. We had a tour that took us through all parts of the structure. The tour guide called it a fermentation destination. They have a distillery where they make gin vodka rum and I believe other spirits they also have a brewery in the beers were delicious they have someone who makes kombucha as well and they also have wineries that sell their goods there. In the summer you can even rent a kayak there and go to the river to paddle around. Upstairs they have an event space would be lovely for a corporate event or a wedding or something of that sort

This is an awesome restaurant! The word “awesome” is sometimes overused, but in this case it is very appropriate. Our server Dani was wonderful: very attentive, helpful, professional and personable. Her recommendations were spot on, and we loved our choices of food and drink.

We started with an excellent and reasonably priced bottle of Cabernet. Next up was the grilled romaine wedge, which was huge and perfectly seasoned and delicious. My partner got the berry salad, which was very well prepared and delicious with several types of fresh berries. I had the brisket as a main course, and it was very tender and accompanied by a tasty and savory sauce and fresh vegetables. This was beef done right!

For dessert we had the fried dough, which was very unlike what one might expect. This was a multi-tiered masterpiece of very light phyllo dough with ice cream and chocolate sauce and whipped cream. It was gone in a flash!

This is a very charming and well run restaurant, with top notch food and staff. The building itself is very nice as well, very nicely decorated and comfortable. If you are looking for a great dining experience, you can’t go wrong with the Barrel Factory!

upscale big city vibes in a rustbelt town. as they self advertise its a wedding venue. in the handful of visits I haven't been when the bar downstairs is ever popular despite the effort put in to premium decor and a great drink menu. parking is next to train tracks across the street and people are always well dressed here. ive heard cigar smoking is ignored on the balcony. pro: helping bring up an old neighborhood with a large patio and cocktails bar con: a bit pricey for the area and locals dont seem to wander in. i do hope it sticks around
