Tried parking in one of the dock they assigned me to, it was little tight spot. One dude with yankee hat comes out talking about “you can be doing that out here” 😂 doing what? Can’t take my time to back in idiot? Not sure what’s in these peoples brains man. God bless them with a piece of sense and knowledge.

They are a good company. Trucks can park in the driveway....but walk your paperwork into receiving. By door 4. They will call as soon as they have a door....there pretty quick there....however no bathrooms...the truck entrance is past the building next to another company its a small driveway. You have to drive around both in the back. It will be a left from the legal truck route.

Got here at 4:15 am appointment for a 6:30 am appointment. It's now 10:50 am and still no call trucks that came after me are going for me. Why even have appointment times if you're going to call in others first so much for my next pick up.
Update was just told it will be about 10 pm tonight before I will be getting unloaded. Got into a dock door at 11:15 pm now I'm stuck without a load until Wednesday morning because of the 4th of July holiday thanks AVA

My experience with Ava after going there 4 times has been positive. The staff seems like a good bunch of people. I have never delivered there, I’ve only picked-up and each time my wait-time was not unreasonable. The only downside I can speak of at this location is backing into your door. It is tight and the parking lot can be very busy at times.

Terrible waited 7.5 hours for them to load half a trailer. Also small lot so it’s tight backing into the docks. Most of the docks are blindsight

Delivery appointment for 6 AM arrived at 3 AM unloaded by 3:45 AM. Use Trucker Path to get right entrance. Forgot to mention this is Sunday night early Monday morning.

Receiving got me in and out in good timing. Entrance for trucks kind of tight so turn wide enough to clear don’t be that guy that misses the turn and not read the signs 👌🏽👌🏽😉
