Elvis literally went thru the entire equipment, leaving no room for mistakes.

If I could leave this company’s service a zero, I certainly would. We tried for over 3 weeks to get our ice cream machine serviced. Each time we called, we were told they would call us back. They never returned calls, so my husband repeatedly called them back. We had a huge event coming up and needed that machine fixed. It is our businesses livelihood. Due to their neglect, we lost out on product sales, therefore affecting our business. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

First off, your company DID NOT do anything prior to our event. We began calling two weeks before our event, as soon as the machine went down. We never received calls back. You only tried to make it right after the fact and after our reviews were submitted. Trust me this is not our entire family. We are a World famous small family owned business. This is our livelihood.Shame on you for trying to put the blame on us.
