Good staging area, not well marked but good contact with the office from the phone station there. CK in 15 min ahead or leave a number for if they get an opening. Off to one of the locations, quick load in spite of the rude drivers parking in front of the dock doors. PULL OUT to the street BOZOS! You are not the only one there!

Many times visited here, they are very punctual for door assigning but take long time to load. I spent nine hours at the dock and missed my next appointment. They don't care about the driver's schedule. If you are not able to manage the order, you have to refuse the customer. The other problem at check-in location, when you will call by intercom, very hard to understand about the conversation. It should be fix this.

This place is pretty terrible. Go to remote lot on the corner you have to u turn to get into. Use a pos call box from 1980 to get checked in. Make sure you have all your info ready including trailer license plate. You can only check in 15 min before appointment time. I checked in 1145, given a door at 0100. Loading complete then go to office for paperwork at 0530. Employees hate us and it shows. I always try to be nice but it was difficult here.

Good staff, two locations to process the check in GREAT... They screw everything by calling trucks in when the driver before is still at the dock it may take over 1/2 an hour for a guy to wake up, finish the call or do whatever so in a not too big yard all docks are busy and 6 or 7 trucks in everybody's way waiting on the dock to clear 🙄🙄🙄🙄
On top of thatthey may say 6,7 or 8 and mean 9 or 1 🤦🤦🤦

Check in procedure was annoying. You gotta use an intercomm at a different location only to be told your pick up is a few miles away. Not very efficient. But I suppose it's so truck have parking while waiting to be loaded. Once I got into a doc loading didn't take long.

I checked in 11 pm on appointment time and got door 4:30 am and got ppw 7:15 for only 10 pallets but i saw pallets were lousy wrapped and i put 3 loadlocks and last 3rd row pallets was too high and when i opened the door at delivery location result you can see in picture. Customer (walmart) refuse to take my load and suggest me to restack i go for restack 200 miles away and pay fee 720 dollars. I got next day delivery appointment same time but they accept only 3 quarts of load from my trailer and rest of the load they refuse because restack was not ok . then broker said i can donate . And I waste my one more day because all donations company open Monday .
