It’s amazing how Costco can take they 10 pallets off in a matter of 23 minutes and you gone but you come here and it takes all day to get they 12 pallets of the same product these places don’t value a drivers time

Park on street and call the number on gaurd shack to check in. They didn't ask me for an appointment time. Just asked what I was delivering. One way in and out.

Park on the street walk to gate and call phone number. You have an appointment but they don’t really honor it. Dropped off half a load of Pineapples 5hr to offload. They don’t have much dock space. They move with no urgency here. Driver next to me was 7hr to offload. They need to find a better way to operate. Why schedule appointments if you don’t have the room or space. They need better planning.

Long waiting time for unloading.
Make sure to check your trailers before ya’ll leave. They wrecked my strap molding and when confronted said we hold no responsibility because it could’ve been damaged prior to coming here or I’m trying to make a quick buck.
Although staff is friendly. Just disappointed in them to not admit fault and fix my trailer.

An employee there has stolen my identity and is using my social security number to work there. I drove almost 2 hours to speak to the people in the office. They were able to verify that my social security number is being used there but said "that employee would never do anything like that". I lost my job due to COVID and needed govt assistance for my kids and I and went through hell trying to get them because of this person who has stolen my identity.

It's my job and I need money. Would rather have my old career and job back prior to prison. No one can get passed my felonies, which are unjob related. This place needs workers badly. I went to who would give me a job. Others do not stay because in Arizona you need to make $57K to afford rent and pay here is way below that, especially since they eliminated all pay raises and bonuses. I'm stuck here making below poverty level wages, because no one else will hire me.

After reading all those horrible comments about the way you treat your employees, kinda of scares me from purchasing another one of your delicious salads. I bought a Spinach Berry Salad with Sweet Onion Vinaigrette, from the Food for Less in my neighborhood. The container kept the spinach fresh, not mushy, I could have not put it together such a great salad for two by myself. I can't believe the product stayed so fresh coming from such a long distance. My decision on buying is totally by freshness, but if it is making unhappy workers, I may reconsider.
