I love this place! Food is always incredible, both dine in and delivery. Portions are incredibly generous, and enough to share between two people if you'd like. I've never been disappointed by a meal here!

We ordered the spicy miso, along with a vegetable and a shrimp dish, and we were thoroughly impressed. The flavors were well-balanced, and the spice level was just right, making each bite a delight. The food was certainly above average, with the dishes being both flavorful and delicious.
The ambiance of the restaurant is equally noteworthy. The place exudes a clean and classy vibe, creating a comfortable and pleasant dining experience. The staff contributed significantly to our positive experience as well—they were friendly, attentive, and maintained a polite demeanor throughout our visit.

One aspect that stood out was the cleanliness, which is often an overlooked but crucial part of any dining experience. Not only was the dining area spotless, but the restroom was impeccably clean, reflecting the establishment's commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene. I go here every time in in vestal. I love their spicy ramen, chicken dumplings, and the chocolate bubble tea is so yummy! The optional self checkout kiosk is convenient, and the service was somewhat fast. They have a good variety of seating with booths, tables, high tops, and sofas, and you seat yourself. The decor is mostly fake plants and it's not personally my taste.. but that's the only negative I can think of.

I absolutely love this place. Everything we've ordered has been delicious. The people who worked there were nice. The restroom was big and clean. There were some games for us when we waited. The food took a longer wait. Both experiences were great!

Can’t wait to come back! The chicken rice box was yummy and came with a generous amount of protein. The only slight downside was several pieces of chicken were a tad chewy but otherwise I still very much enjoyed the meal. The Brown Sugar Zang Zang Milk is my new favorite drink.

Love the interior - definitely instagrammable if you like taking pictures and such! They also have table games to play which I thought was a nice touch. Very clean inside.

When we came in you had the option to order through a kiosk or someone at the register. I opted for the kiosk but the little interactions I did have with the people working were very positive. Everyone was so sweet and kind.

I tried the sweet potato zang zang special bubble tea. I thought it was really good. You have to mix the paste smeared on the outside of the cup into the milk but once it was mixed in, it was a nice flavour and not too sweet. The pearls were cooked well.
There are lots of drinks on the menu and most of them can be made with non-dairy milk and with the sweetness and ice levels adjusted.
I had no choice but to visit them during BU move-in weekend which was the only weekend I was in Vestal and it was, as I expected, very busy. I don’t usually like to order online but I did this time to save some time and that was definitely a smart move because the line was very long. I was frustrated though because I saw what I was pretty sure was my drink get prepared and set on the counter and then sit there for like 5 minutes because there was no one attending to the online order drinks. When someone made a drink for a customer that had ordered in person they would hand off the drink and then immediately run back to making the next order, so I couldn’t ask anyone because they were always busy. I mean, it’s fair that they were working hard to keep up with orders but I just wanted someone to take 5 seconds to hand me my drink.

This place is amazing! It can be confusing to figure out the sushi burrito menu at first, but other than that, the Ramen is incredible! Home made bone broth and very authentic! The pork rice box is to fie for as well! Huge selection of drinks and teas! Love this place!

The food is good but I've gotten so sick of the customer service. If picking up food, you'll be ignored by most of the workers, the poorly dyed blue hair worker always has the worst attitude, and the last few times either an ingredient was missing or added - which can be dangerous with food allergies.

It feels like there is no management on deck making sure things are running smoothly or that customers are getting fair service.

I don't expect for workers to be over the top in serving a customer, but at the very least look at a customer who is waiting by the pick up area or acknowledge you'll get to them in a moment.
