What a day!
My 2 daughters and I decided to go here today for a day date to pick out some new plants. On our way out, we noticed the paint-a-pot craft and decided to do it. The staff was very sweet and attentive.

Unfortunately, my 4 year old daughter saw the small hole in the bottom of the terra cotta pot and stuck her index finger in it. We immediately tried lotion, soap and water, ice pack, etc.
It got swollen so quickly that nothing was working, and it was starting to turn purple.
We called the non emergency paramedics to come help. Eventually, they had to break it and got it out.

I wanted to say a very special thank you to Lindsay. She was so incredible and kind to all of us, making sure that we were okay. She went to get my youngest a stuffed animal to hug. When the paramedics were working on my youngest
she immediately distracted my older daughter and took her to feed the fish. After everything, she took the time to sit down and finish the painting with my daughter. She made this whole experience less scary and stressful.
The staff was also very quick to get us help.

I bet this place has anything you are looking for. Since they are local I think their prices tend to be higher than the big name stores so that is something to keep in mind. My friend and I wandered through most of the store and the variety is staggering. It was a nice warm spring day and business was booming. We only bought a garden ornament and a greeting card but got behind someone buying hundreds of dollars worth of stuff. Alas it was too late to move by the time I realized, lol. Everyone behind us had migrated to other lines. If they had a “10 items or fewer” kind of line that would be stupendous 🙂 The couple of staff members we spoke to were all helpful. We walked over from nearby but a good amount of parking.

I went into to check the place out since the greenhouse by me is now apartments. This place is huge and has an excellent selection of anything you possibly could need or didn't think you did. Or perhaps, just didn't realize that you needed something in your life. Tom G helped me out with the shrubs and trees out front. He was very friendly and had great knowledge of what my area would need. I definitely recommend this place and the drive is pretty worth it too.

We love Tagawa Gardens! We come here at least once a month and always have a wonderful experience. Today we met Logan, he was very helpful and friendly! He also showed our kids some Koi fish and they absolutely loved it. We always leave here happy.

I wish I could give them 6 stars...and I'm a tough grader. This is the most wonderful business. The staff is incredible...they are kind caring and patient. I had a group event hosted at Tagawa and it was the easiest most fun and laid-back event I have ever done. Just incredible. My family shops here all the time and the knowledge of staff as well as the quality of the vast selection of plants makes this the perfect place to shop for anything we ever need.

We drove here across town and paid tolls for the new pansies and Japanese music. We got here around 10:30 and stood in line for about 16 minutes until we got to the front of the line. They announced they were sold out. Really disappointing that they didn't limit the amount of pansies per person. We couldn't even enjoy the Japanese music or other events because it was so busy. Sadly a waste of our time and money and we probably won't be back because of this.

Wow. Really marvelous selection of very healthy plants. Just staggering. Almost too much to see in one visit. You can easily sign up online to get 20% off one item per day. Decent restrooms.
