Gates are open @ 5am. If guard isn't present at the gate, drive in and park. Walk to door #27, the receiving office. Give b.o.l., phone# and wait. My appointment was for 11am but came early @ 6am,
thinking that I might get lucky..( Reading other people's reviews). Got a call at 11:10, for door #35. Unloaded within 1 hour but the bills are taking a while.... Let's wait and see....

Arrived 05:30 for 07:00 appointment put in a door at 06:00 finished unloading 16 pallets at 11:30 pulled out of the door and waited till 12:30 for bills 362.00 for lumper and missed second stop at cysco riverside have to layover until following day. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

After reading some of the reviews I thought this place would be better than riverside. It's just as bad if not worse. Waited for 7 and a half hours . Everybody has a bad attitude

My appointment is 10.00 am . They open 5.00 am and I check in 5..00 am . They gave door 7.30 am and empty at 9.00 am . 8 trucks parking infront of gate in both lanes .

Never come here very bad experience. I get unloaded at 5:30 and its now 10:00am and didn’t get paperwork u have to wait for paperwork for a long.

Why is this place so good and SYSCO Riverside is so bad?

These guys are boots on the ground-
they know what’s going on and where everyone and everything is.

They come out to the trucks and give the Fee info.

They call with a specific door number.

They give clear directions and behave professionally.

Riverside just tells you to wait for some random Door number between 10 different numbers with other waiting drivers since the doors just stay full and nobody even knows who’s next and THEN we’re supposed to come back to the receiving office and turn in our paperwork.

We walk back and forth and back and forth over there just to give the Express Code
or give/get paperwork after we’ve already waited in line before,etc.

For that matter,
it’d be better for everybody if you just used Relay and did it by Text.

I’m just saying that I had a fine experience here and a horrible one over there.

Everyone was unhappy and frustrated
over there.

Why is that?

Why can’t you run that one more like you run this one?

They are operated totally differently.

That place is MUCH bigger than this one and I watched most trucks come and go
quickly over here.

Not there.

Over there,
we all came in and stayed most of the day even if we only had a couple of pallets.

Look at the in&out times-
they don’t lie.

I’m just saying that our time is important to us-
if you’re going to charge us late fees then at least do your part and get us loaded and unloaded on schedule.

This place is trying to that-
the office personnel over there
don’t even care.

No respect for drivers. Employees think they own the warehouse and run how they want to. Would never come back here. 5 plus hrs and still waiting for get unloaded. Management really gotta do something about this unless they are the once running this worse place

They take hours to unload, after I sat in there parking lot for 3 hours and on the dock 4 hours. Worst place to deliver...
There is overnight parking for a few trucks but there is no restroom until you pass the gate. Security guard is lazy and rude. He must really hate his job but should make others jobs harder...
There is a food truck that comes around with hot meals and cold drinks...
