My appointment was 11:30 am checked in around 8 am ( park on street walk to the guard fill out your information truck trailer name phone number license plate) they will call you when they have a door for you, was really quick. Got the phone call around 10 am by 1230 out really nice people check in check out yes I had frozen. April 17 2025.

0 stars . Worst mashed potatoes I’ve ever had they taste like they are stale and from a box. I’m in the hospital so I know hospital food is usually terrible but this takes the cake I think!

Check in was fast, got a door pretty close to my appointment time. Still waiting for my paperwork after 2 hours so far and counting. If they can’t find get the paperwork done faster then then yard wouldn’t be a cluster with trucks waiting for paperwork.

One of the worst place
They do have a receiving door and door is locked 24/7 and also no bell so u can push it so they know someone outside for delivery but u got knock door when u knock door twice first slow and second time little hard so they can hear lady come out and said don’t knock door hard but the way she saying like u r a inmate on parole and she is a parole officer, cmon how drivers know u all warehouse guy hear when drivers knock , plz give us respect we come to wear house to deliver ur load not for disrespect. I hope I authority talk to wear house people and tell them plz respect drivers

You can check in at 5:30am. If you don't wanna wait a super long line I'd get up early and go wait around 4:40am or earlier. No vest required just your bills. Make sure you know your seal number. The right side of the road is blocked off with cones on purpose to prevent truckers from parking. But the other side is clear. Doors 58-61 is on the other side of the building. I checked in at 5am. Unloaded by 8am told to park on street and wait for lumper fee. ($310 for 5 pallets) waited another 4 hours after lumper fee to get paperwork. 11:00am.

Totally no respect to drivers
No check in office no lounge no waiting room
Driver waiting outside until someone comes outside and asks the questions sometimes you come you wait people inside the warehouse is hanging out outside is 110 degrees you wait

I want to give them 0 star. My driver checked 06:00 for 07:00 and he got empty in hour. But they take 8 hours to give him paperwork. Avoid this place stuff member are so rude disgusting.

Dnt come here for delivery…. Wrost place to deliver…. They need atleast 8 hours for unloading + paperwork. Check in start at 5.30am but its long lineup for checkin atleast 1 hour in line to reach window for checkin…. I wish i can give you negative star…. I dnt know what i bring from Canada that you need 4 hours for unloading and then 4 hours for paperwork.
