Very happy with the service. Bob was very courteous and friendly. He was very helpful, answered all my questions, and gave me some guidance. He is very knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable, better than online, and he has the best selection in the area, of winemaking equipment and supplies. I will definitely go there again. I highly recommend his store. I hadn't made wine in quite a few years and had forgotten quite a bit. Now that I am retired I have time for the finer things in life.. I have the press and grinder that belonged to my Dad. He even made some modifications. He put an old washing machine motor on it and it chews up and spits out the the grapes like they are nothing. Bless his soul. I wish he was still here. I have many friends and acquaintances ask me to help them make wine. I enjoy doing it and it helps me make ends meet. You too can make your own wine!

Wineworks offers a great service in the area. You can create your own or beer, and they have an amazing selection. Bob is friendly and knowledgeable and guides you through the process while educating you. The price is very fair and it doesn't take long. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes wine and wants something to do.

Fantastic atmosphere & selection! I got a group together to go in on a summer wine making experience - we met there and were treated to sampling so many of the wines made there! Brought cheese & crackers one week, cake, playing cards - Bob and Danielle are super hosts!

Owner and his daughter are very knowledgeable about wine and the wine making process. You can even join the group and make your wine along with them at the store. All the supplies you will ever need are there from carboys to bottles as well as box sets that have it all. Also this is the only place I know of in Central New York where you can order imported juice from vineyards around the world to make spectacular wine right at home ! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
