Young guy, black beard never said hello, bye or thank you, very rude, the worst customer service ever, also meat is not fresh. Older person ( maybe the father of that rude person that everyone talks about)is very nice but it's not enough, stay away from this place...

I usually shop at this meat store but i stopped because they are over priced compared to queens. I had to buy a goat leg soo i went back to them. As they already have prepped meat in the bags ready to go, i wanted a goat leg with bigger pieces. When checking me out, he added 1lb extra meat on weighing machine then he removed it soo for 4.5lb goat leg, he charged 5.5lb which came out to be $78. In reality he charged $17/lb when everyone charges $14/lb. His explanation was that because i was not buying the bag meat, and the goat leg was already cleaned…he will charge extra. There is a huge difference in the package weight and actual weight. When I called back and inquired, the reply I got was "More than 20% of weight will be lost in cleaning"

I like to keep an open minded when I walk into a Halal store but there is only so much I can close my eyes to. I am a man of Indian origin, but stores like this is what makes everybody look bad in the community. They are rude and they rip you off if you aren't one of theirs. The store itself is not clean or a well furnished space. Items don't have a proper place and are scattered everywhere. There is a strong smell of cleaning agents in the air. It definitely is a poor example for the neighborhood and local community. They ripped me off twice with the meats. They pile the good meat up in front for you to see, but they fill your bag from the back which is all bones. They seem to be interested in catering only to those who speak their language. Overall, I am ashamed to have this happening in my neighborhood. It doesn't feel like America in here.

I just left their store. I told one of the worker to get me two pounds of beef. He tounched the meat with his bare hands! Without washing them even! So, I asked him to put the meat back and wear gloves! And he was surprised that I asked him that! He wore gloves and got me the same meat the he touched before! I asked him to get the mean from a different spot other than the one he touched before. He said I already touched all of it with my bare hands! This's so disgusting! I'd never ever come back to them!

Rude and disrespectful,
We bought beef and it was rotten!
Asked him to cut the chicken into 6 pieces and saw him do that, only to discover 5 pieces in the bag at home.
