Incredible selection of plants (average of $3 each I believe,) extremely high quality eggs ($8/dozen,) and seasonal fruits/veggies. Their Farm to Table Dinners are not to be missed! They bring in a chef and have a whole setup in the back with the garden. They accept cash, Venmo, check, Zelle, PayPal.

Longmont, Louisville, Lafayette and Boulder peeps – you have to visit Sunbeam Farm’s stand at 1005 Cherryvale Road in Boulder. The farm provides locals with outstanding produce. There is a great selection of organic plants, seasonal veggies, hardy greens and herbs – all reasonably priced. The produce is harvested daily and is delicious. They also have the highest quality eggs - you won’t want to eat any others! I love everything about this Farm. Dennis and Melanie’s passion for the farm shines through in everything that they grow. Sunbeam Farm is the perfect local farm and by far my favorite farm stand around

What do you get when you cross beautiful soil and family famers that love growing food?
Sunbeam farm on 1005 Cherryvale road in Boulder Colorado.
I first visited them when they had their Amazing Plant sale, which happens in May and June.
There were so 27 varieties of tomatoes, and peppers, last count was 25, and most I have never heard of or tasted. And flowers, at least 37 different plants. 12 different herbs, and about 40 different vegetables.
Their farm stand is open usually during the summer and fall.
Yes, it’s all organically grown, and they make their own compost
Their root vegetables are some of the sweetest, I have ever tasted. The greens huge. All at $3 a generous bushel.
They also have multi-hued eggs kept in the fridge
They have workshops teaching seed starting, drip irrigation, worm cultivation, composting to name a few.
They have an intensive mushroom cultivation course as well.
They have several different ways to pay them.

I chanced upon Sunbeam Farm only at the end of their season. Late in the summer, the farm offers such organically-grown vegetables as tomatoes (of different varieties), cucumbers, eggplant, peppers (sweet and hot), kale, cabbage, carrots, and chard. Everything was super fresh (truly field-fresh), very tasty, as well as fairly priced. I have also heard that they have a great plant sale in the spring and offer educational programs throughout the year. This is a great little neighborhood farm run by very sweet people with honest growing practices, worth supporting.

Perfect local Boulder farm! They have everything from herbs, to veggies, to flowers large and small. All the plants we purchased earlier this spring are thriving and beautiful and I for sure will be back every year 🌻
