This place is awesome! I arrived 2 hours before my appointment and they took me right away. Backing was a breeze, no problem. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the lady could tell I was hot and tired, so she offered me a bottle of water. Very much appreciated! I’m hoping they send me back here to load again, because it would be my pleasure. Thank you for making this under appreciated truck driver feel appreciated!

A little tight getting to dock IF cars from other business are parked and other trucks are here at same time but that’s trucking 101 These folks are super nice ! And helpful and the breakfast food truck at same time was good timing. Thank you

Super impressed with this shipper. They were very polite, and they wasted no time loading my truck. Please be advised that it is a little tight to maneuver. Once you check in, you have to turn around and back into the building. The doors are located inside. Slide your tandems to the rear after your already inside. Again, there is enough room to safely maneuver and they are very fast and attentive. Thank you guys for the hard work and great job!

pretty clean place. staff was nice . i hauled 12 pallets of Mc Cormic spices before coming to pickup 4 pallets at this place. They complained of the smell of spices, and refused to load me. I swept then Mopped my entire trailer. they did supply me with mop and water but still Refused to load me. I personally didnt think it was this big of a deal but they did. SO, if you have any smells in your truck whatsoever I would advise you to not come here to be loaded. i lost a day of pay and with the loads paying so awful in chicago and the fuel so expensive, this was a tragic setback financially. i wish these people would specify these kinds of quirks and orders about equipment when they order a truck so situations like this dont happen to good people away from their families almost scraping to make a living out here lately

3 stars because they take the appointment time way too seriously, I got there early, and they refused to load, and refused to let dock eventhough I was the only truck there for the entire time I was there waiting.

Denise was very rude and hung up on me twice as i was trying to schedule a delivery appointment. Good luck talking to her.
