I don’t understand how drives still accepting loads from this place. This shipper is poorly managed creating long lines just to check in. I can’t imagine how long it would take to get loaded. I read the reviews, saw the big line and the time it takes to go through the check in shack and scales and I left. Just to get out of there took me 25 minutes due all the truck congestion. I took another load where I got loaded in 20 minutes. If you read this review, please believe the other reviews as well. You deserve better fellow truck drivers!!!

This place Sucks!...I don't know who is in charge, but They need To be fired immediately!!!.my appointment was at 10 Am. I got here at 9:15... To have them tell me I need to go to their off The Facility location to wait until they call me for a door they called me finally at 1545 to go back . Here are the pictures of the line before you can even turn down the street... A block away off of 27th Street...and the others follow...The shipping department Chic that answers the phone after hanging up you is Rude...She makes a person wanna catch a case!
If you have to come here...pack your lunch, snack, dinner and Your patience... because Boy oh Boy ..you will be in the mess of it All! The poor security guards have to get the brunt of the angry, hungry need to take a poop pissed off Truck Drivers. Somebody needs to be Fired! What gets me is that you can't be 5 mins late or they won't load you ..😡😡😡...it's BS...I want to talk to the head Person in charge...The CEO, The President of the company...I want somebody to Take responsibility for this and make changes now! I just lost our on another load because of this crap!

I don't know why there so many negative reviews here. I arrived slightly past my appointment. I got a door minutes after checking in with the guard at the scale

I cleaned my trailer before backing up completely to the door. Afterwards. I backed up with doors closed then went into the shipping office.

I was loaded 1.5 hours later. Cool friendly people. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’m giving 2 stars because the security ladies Angela and Crystal were very patient with me and kind. Yet this place takes very long to load you. I have been here for 4 1/2 hours and just got a read light indicating that they are about to start loading me. Bring food and prepare to wait. Also no bathroom inside porta potty’s.

Made my appointment at 12:30. It’s now 9pm and I am still at the dock. They don’t care for drivers hours.

Appointment was scheduled for 9 pm, arrived at 7:40 pm, waited outside for a couple of minutes and left at 8:30. The guy at the gate was nice, took the necessary information and said that they would call. HERE THE GOOD ENDS AND EVERYONE’S FAVORITE “WAITING” BEGIN. They called me only at 5 am!!!!!! it's done! they condescended to the poor truck driver. During this time, I managed to eat, sleep, die... yes, yes, die😁😅... because from so much waiting time you can really die. I have a question for those who “sort of” work there, are you really doing anything there? What can you do for 7 and a half hours? do you watch cartoons? or did you decide to lie down to sleep?

update: I parked at the dock at 5:10 am. Do you think they started loading me up? Nope. They again stupidly ignored everyone and everything and, perhaps, did not even remember what the word “WORK” was. It’s already 7 in the morning, a new shift is arriving, and while they also understand what to do, while they drink coffee, play on the phone, talk to everyone in the building, night will come and other workers will arrive, who will begin a new circle of Hell for ordinary truck drivers.

Update: 8:45 am . Done !!!!!! My trailer is loaded!!! I'M CRYING with joy! I left this hell.

This place doesn't deserve to be on the map!!!

Alec deserves 5 🌟 's, and that is why I am giving Stratas a review! He is swift, kind, efficient, and documents the correct check-in time! Most of the gate personal writes when he or she gets finished checking you in, yet that is not correct! Alec is just so professional. He should get a raise and or a promotion.

I really don’t like to exaggerate beyond what I experienced.
This shipper is not doing their job right.
Checked in 2:00pm.
Now 8:56pm and I have my dock light blinking red.
I have to deliver this load in the morning
When will the truck driver sleep.
Are we not considered human beings.
Imagine receiving customer might blame the driver,but how
Please either buy your trucks hire drivers and deliver your loads or make a change in this treatment.
I really appreciate any chance to change this.
