Eric at the parts counter is knowledgeable and courteous. We had an issue where some of the parts we had ordered did not make it on the first purchase order he immediately ordered the parts covered shipping and had them in a couple of days excellent customer service!

June 2024. Stotz Equipment teamed with John Deere provided an excellent tractor purchase experience, especially with my salesman Matt H. In short, qualified for 0% online with John Deere Financial in five minutes, spent a total of ten minutes on phone with Stotz, Matt was well prepared for me when I showed up to purchase, paperwork took 15 minutes, and Matt went over tractor operation for 30 minutes. Delivered on time. Done. No upsale pressure, no hidden fees, no B.S. As a comparison, I first went to Kubota... approved for 0% online, but "policy" of dealer wanted me to fill out a very detailed 4-page application for loan even after I was approved online by Kubota. I told them no, don't want two inquiries on credit report. They doggedly stuck to the "policy" mantra ?‍♂️ Hmmm... John Deere didn't make it hard. Good Job, Stotz!!

I had shopped Bingham first. Their comparable tractor was a little less expensive but their service was lacking majorly. I ended up buying the John Deere from Stotz because of their team. Both sales people I dealt with, Matt and Tyler, were very polite and transparent. Their service person Kenton had to back his truck close to a mile back out of my rural road, he did it no questions. Great team, great service, I’m excited to own this piece of American culture and will buy equipment here any time I buy.

I have to say the service manager Shaun was absolutely awesome! My self propelled mower wasn't starting and I brought it to the shop, and it was very busy but Shaun took it in right away. Most of the places I called told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks. Great place, I will definitely be back ☺️

Less than impressed with staffing of this store. Stopped by on a Saturday and was advised no sales staff were there. The parts person hid in the corner and didn't welcome us in or greet us, I had to approach the only person here. We called a few days later hoping someone would be available the following Saturday just to find out no sales people would be available for 3 weeks. Wow!! Guess we will be some where else!!

First off didn’t wanna put any stars but it makes you put one. Went down to Stotz to buy a tractor and made a appointment for Saturday at 10:00am. Sales man didn’t show up till 10:25am. Prior to that day I tried coming in to do the paper work and get the tractor and was told no one was around. This was at 3:00 and they don’t close till 5. Went to do the paper work on Saturday and buy the tractor and then was told they cannot finance on Saturdays. This was never told to us in the prior days. Our family made special plans to get this tractor Saturday and now where not able to get it. Stotz is very poor at communication and didn’t seem to care at all about trying to make the sale. Will not recommend anyone to do business here.

Shout out to the parts department. You guys are amazing, I had no idea what part my husband needed and you got me throught the curve ball! Very fast, efficient and knowlegable! The parts were in within a few days of order and they called me as soon as it arrived. Very nice staff!

Bought my John Deere tractor here in 2020, sales department was great. We are very happy with our tractor. Parts department on the other hand is horrible. I live an hour and a half from the store. On 2 separate occasions I have bought parts for our tractor, only to get home and find out that they don't fit my tractor. Then I have to plan another trip to take the parts back. 3 hours round trip. This is getting old. Not happy.
