Very clean grocery store it offers nice choices of different types. From bakery/meat counter with daily hot meals to fresh produce to liquor. Helpful, friendly staff.

My husband and I have been shopping at Steeleville Marketplace for a few months with no issues. We got a $20 voucher from our local church to help with groceries. I forgot to give the voucher to the clerk after Apple paying, and she said she it wouldn’t be a problem and would start the transaction over. Instead of refunding the money she did a whole new transaction using the voucher, and told me the money was never taken out of my account. Even though it showed the money was taken. So I couldn’t pay for the groceries even though I paid for them…and was only allowed to take $20 worth of the groceries that the paper voucher could cover on the spot. She wouldn’t even give me a receipt . Instead, she took one of the multiple receipts from the stapled pile she had and only photocopied one of those receipts for me to keep. This clerk stole $47 from my husband and I, we will never shop at Steeleville Market again. It’s Saturday now and still no refund (pictures below).

What a great selection of everything! And the prices on the meat were very reasonable. I like the helpfulness of everyone in the store. Can't find something? Just holler, someone will come to you and help, lol. Seriously! They're awesome there!

Nicest staff, and clerks.
Very good deli selection for the size, great produce and I adore the bakery and bread selections
Meat is always fresh, and recently had their fish. Also great. And you won't find a friendlier place.

I've always been able to go in and get what I needed. Shelves are always stocked. Store is always clean. Staff is friendly. Some things are a little pricey but its worth it to not have to go to Walmart.
