This store is usually great. I just had this one bad experience. Employee Molly was definitely high, and it’s only 8pm. First, she grabbed my bag of chips and crunched them. Then she asked if I wanted a bag, and I said yes please. She proceeded to just throw the items on the counter, and not give me a bag. Incompetence should not be rewarded, it should have its butt fired!

The checker I had today, who is generally kind, took very long to scan my groceries because they were too occupied talking. This wouldn’t normally bother me but when I got home I noticed that they scanned a salad I purchased three times instead of once, resulting in me being charged $8 more than I should have. Not cool.

I love shopping at my local stater bros in Loma Linda. I always get such great service. The store is super clean. The deli has fresh made to order sandwiches soooo tasty. Sometimes we even catch some nature out in the parking lot. Like thees geese just strolling through the parking lot. Awesome.

Wow! I'm used to the San Bernardino stores so this one is definitely beautiful in comparison. I can't blame them for the ghetto that's become of their 'Berdo stores. This store and many others are proof it's the people, not the store! I really enjoyed the selection and the cool workers. Thanks for changing my perspective and proving me wrong.

I only use this store as a last resort!!this 1 star is solely for the Deli department and their terrible and lazy service! If it’s not having to wait for 5-10 minutes to even be helped, it’s being told they are closed and cleaning up an hour early almost every time I go there after work. I hate being the guy that has to go get a manager to tell people to do their bare minimum responsibilities, but if you close at certain time that is when you close and even if customer comes 2 mins before that time you serve them. That is your job, if you don’t like it find a job where you can do whatever you want whenever you want. I know it sucks but that’s reality and it just needs to be done.
